Purposely waited one year before I write a review as I wanted it to be genuine and to judge their after sales service and how the car performed. Last year November I traded in my Honda Stream for another car as my Honda Stream's COE was expiring soon. Before I engaged Sphere, other dealership either didn't want to take in my car or lowballed me. To be honest, it was quite understandable because my car's condition was quite bad. I booked an appointment with Sam and went down to their office to discuss what I wanted. I told him my budget and he gave me a few options. What I really liked about Sam was that I felt like I was talking to an advisor instead of a salesman. There was no pressure or hardselling, just pure reality of what is possible and what is not. He checked on my Honda Stream and gave me a quote, surprisingly higher than other dealership. I chose a car that I liked and he customised a plan so that it will be within my budget. Everything was smooth sailing and there were quick updates from them during the loan process. Finally, my loan got approved and I was surprised one the day I collected the car as it was nicely done up, both interior and exterior. I bought a used car but it certainly felt like a new one ! On the day of the handover, he also gave me a report on the condition of the car. After the handover, I brought my new car to my usual workshop to do another round of inspection and even the mechanics were surprised with the condition of it. I'm genuinely happy and satisfied with everything that they had done for me. The past few months, Sam was always a call away and calmly explain and instruct me what to do whenever I felt like there is something wrong with the car. There was no major issues for the past year and I genuinely thank Sam for it. I experienced the most enjoyable and outstanding car purchase services ever with Sphere Automobile and I cannot say enough to express how good they truly are. I came in with zero idea of what vehicle I should be looking for, and what fits me and my budget. And was met with the most patient and understanding Natalie who guided me through my confusions, questions and doubts, all while respecting my concerns and budget. Natalie was always contactable and provided superb support even though I was not yet sure I would be doing any purchase. When I finally narrowed down my search and expressed my interests in certain vehicles, I was met with the most professional, helpful and knowledgeable Sam who provided me with a superbly seamless experience with my test drives, answering all my queries, guided me through my doubts as well as always remaining completely transparent with prices and conditions. No hidden costs or gimmicks used at all and it gave me a really huge peace of mind to do my purchase with them. Sam, Natalie and team were always just one call away to provide me with ample and superb help with the entire purchasing process, being very transparent with prices and processes, taking me through the purchase with a breeze. Never once I felt pressured or doubtful with any sort of unfair sales practices. The after service was impeccable at the least, they do not just drop and leave you once your purchase has been completed. Sam came to my help when I had certain vehicle related issues that were out of his job scope, never once drawing the line right after the purchase was done, and helped me solve my vehicle issues with the same professionalism and knowledge that I had experienced throughout the purchase. Many many thumbs up for Sam, Natalie and their team for the best vehicle purchase and after service that I have ever had experienced. Choosing Sphere Automobile is definitely the best decision to make for your vehicle needs.

Visited Mid August 2023 after I saw they listed this car for sale. The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience Texted the salesperson to enquire to view the car. And keon was the salesperson that attended to us when we reached their showroom. We viewed and inspect the vehicle and spotted some defects on it. Highlighted the issue and keon promise to rectify all the defects. They also inspect my Vellfire and we negotiate on the final price for both cars. After a few days we decided to bring the ride back and settle the paperwork. Transaction was pretty smooth and seamless with keon and his team of salesperson and admin support. Their a brunch of young chaps working hard for a decent living. I applause them fo their enthusiasm and professionalism. Had the pleasure of getting my first BMW from Kester at Sphere Auto. Was very impressed with the service. The team from Sphere drove across the island from Jurong to my place at Pasir Ris at night for me to see and test drive the car. Negotiations went quick after the test drive and I finalised the deal first thing the next morning. Car was in excellent condition as promised. As the car was pre-owned, the team at Sphere took great effort into restoring the body work to pristine condition. They gave a great warranty package. Would definitely deal with them again.

I wanted to express my appreciation for Brandon’s exceptional salesmanship in helping me purchase a Subaru Forester. We saw many positive reviews from Facebook and Google Reviews and decided to drop by without any appointment to view the car. Brandon was attentive and showed us the car with its features.
