Got attended by Aloy and had a great experience with him. Transaction was smooth and he thoroughly explained the procedure and also details of the bike. (Highly recommended) However, mechanic did not do his job to ensure a safe ride as my rear tyre was flat after 3 days which they did not do their checks before handing it over.

Got to know Tan Wei Motors via Carousell. Jon handled the many enquiries I had, viewed 2 different bikes on different occasions, and transparent regarding any bike cost and gives good sales advise. Towkay, give Jon a raise 😂 Also being attended by Kai during collection as I gave too short notice for Jon to do handover to me, and Kai handled the handover all well. He was very much available anytime through WhatsApp every-time i had a question on the bike or the acquisition process. I also a great support from Kai from another of their outlet. Thanks to sales person Kai for the amazing customer service and smooth and hastle free transaction. Provided a clear and decisive breakdown of the price and loan. Loan approval was swift and was provided with pre sale servicing of motorcycle and fixes for the issues i pointed out about the bike. Aftersales support is excellent. Was encouraged to ride the bike regularly for the month to see if there are any issues with the bike and feedback to sales person Kai so that he can help. Had PTSD from dealing with my last bike shop till I told myself I’ll only go direct to the agent. Until my colleague gave me Luthfiansyah’s number. Casually sent him a text on WhatsApp and straight on he gave me a high trade in price for my current ride. Got an earful from my wife for wanting to change bike again but managed to persuade her to come view the bike I’ve always wanted. Was very happy with the condition of the bike but was more impressed by Luthfiansyah’s attitude. Was not pushy and explained everything clearly. He would answer my text messages patiently even after I sent him walls and walls of questions. He even gave me a higher trade in price after viewing my bike. Loan approved, and the bike I purchased was sent for servicing. To my surprise, they sent the bike back to the agent so whatever service reminders will be cleared plus the bike was still under warranty. The handover process was thorough with Luthfiansyah explaining the bike functions and check the bike once again despite the bike just came back from the annual service from the agent. Rode back the bike a happy man as it is my dream bike. Thank you Luthfiansyah for making the process smooth as silk! Couldn’t be more satisfied by the service rendered! Ridden with Russell once in a community ride back in 2021. A friend told me to look for Russell if I were to ever get a bike. Was considering a first hand bike in 2023 and decided to message Russell. He was prompt with my enquiry and provided extensive responses to all my questions. Unfortunately, I did not carry on getting the bike. Fast forward to the present day, after having enquired with several dealers, most were unresponsive and had hidden a nunber of fees. Amidst it all, Russell replied despite me not following through on my enquiry a year before. He was just as attentive and responsive to my enquiries. Having owned the bike I was eyeing, it made it even better. Russell was thorough with his breakdowns, the entire process and how to care for the bike. He told me that even after getting the bike, he'd still respond to my aftercare questions. He reccomended me to a mechanic that specialises in the bike I bought which he used to visit whom he "trusts his bike with his life". That further reassured me that I'm in safe hands. From the point I enquired to the point of riding off, Russell was a joy to deal with. He was quick and responsive, if I hadn't hesitated with buying the bike, it'll probably take 3-4 days from start to end. Definitely will come back when it's time to upgrade. Purchased my first bike Aloy, Aloy explained thoroughly and was patient during the process. Even went the extra mile by offering to bring the bike over for viewing at my block knowing i was busy. He is really helpful with settling everything for me despite some hiccups. They do provide in-house warranty which i did not expect for a second hand bike with high Mileage.
