I was one of the first Singaporeans to receive Model 3 back in the early days of 2021. Delivery was smooth although at that time in 2021 the delivery area and showroom was still sort of under construction. Delivery person was nice to explain all the new features and details of the model 3, including helping to set up my phone to pair with the car to ensure I am ready to get on the road. Service-wise, I have been here maybe 2-3 times for routine service for the car. One for rattling issues on panel which is fixed FOC, one for tyre rotation after 10,000km, and one more I don’t remember. The service manager was nice and I was typically in and out quick. I like how Tesla can remote check my tyre pressure and help me diagnose my issue as I called them over the phone once about Low tyre pressure. Superb service.

Had a pleasant experience from test drive to delivery. While the “direct” purchasing experience from Tesla would seem uncomfortable for most people who are more used to buying from conventional middle men dealers, all my questions were promptly answered both in person and over text messages. Kudos to Justin and Grace!

This is probably the best automotive service center experience for me. With an appointment, I was served promptly. This is what I expect but not all service Centers can meet the same. Bryan (Service Advisor) did some first level chat to understand the issues, handed over to Jian Wei (Technician). Issue was quickly identified and rectified. All within an hour. Kudos!!

I received excellent service from sales girl hazel lee . I’ve been asking a lot of questions to her . Trivial questions like is there solar films installed on the car . Has my charger installer gotten the charger from her side . She has replied patiently and politely. Very prompt service . I think she’s done great for her job !

Since August 2022, I've been the proud owner of a Tesla Model 3 RWD and have never regretted it. It's been a seamless joy to drive every day! Now, in 2024, I've upgraded to the Model 3 Highlander – an enhanced version with a faster processor, added features like ventilated seats and double glazed windows, ambient lighting, and more controls conveniently located within the steering column. It's the perfect choice for anyone considering the switch to EV, especially with Tesla's super fast charging network and reliable worldwide roadside assistance service.

Happen to be in the area n a little curious abt the new facelifted model 3, me n my wife went in to take a look. Approached by Amos and Eileen Tan, enthusiastically showed us the features of the car, differences between model 3 n model Y, offered us a test drive even thought we told them we are not ready to commit. We were so impressed with their service and enthusiasm after the test drive, went home, n booked our car the following day. Very impressed how passionate Eileen and Amos is, they managed to convince me who is skeptical abt going full electric from 10 years of driving traditional ICE car with just a short 1 hour interaction. Collected my car n drove for 1 week now, I can say I made the right choice and i hope this review serves as a motivation to the both of them.

On the day itself, she was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Every question (anything from car specs to policies) was answered to the T! Eileen was very passionate about what she does at Tesla and it shows in her work. Look for Eileen if you’re intending to head down! Thanks Eileen!
