Honored warranty and replaced parts under warranty for my new Nmax ABS. Went there to check on a rattling sound from my exhaust. Mechanic took for a test drive and found my CVT also got issue. Mr.Lee replaced my Exhaust and full CVT set under warranty. Despite my offer to pay for CVT, Mr. Lee was generous and replaced it under warranty. The most honest and generous businessman in SG, i met in the last 10 years.

Got my 4th motorcycle from United Cycle and Mr Lee. Have been an avid follower from their time in Changi and followed them to their current location in Kaki Bukit. My go-to place for a trustworthy and transparent transaction. Their service is top notch and Mr Lee will consistently keep you updated. Mr Lee recognises and acknowledges loyal patrons. I'm happy to see that they have expanded their premises in Kaki Bukit which is reflective of their progress.

Just went to renew bike insurance with united cycle and was approached by Mr Lee for a chat. I mean the way this Mr Lee treat his client is the reason why I always go there for biking needs. Even just renew insurance also he serve me with great respect and good service. In 6 years, I had 3 bikes from there, xmax, burgman 200 and now xadv 750. My first bike was by installment, sold and Mr Lee waived my early settlement even though it was stated in the loan agreement. Upgraded to xmax, same thing, Mr Lee waived my fees, and I got xadv750. Buying bike at UC has been quite great experience for me. I cannot rem how many times I go there just to "see see" bikes! the team appreciates their client and no judgement! Patient and share with me features and how to services the bikes etc. UC team really knows how to treasure the relationship. Kudos to the team!

Over all I feel safe and there were no suspicions about dealing with this seller. Will highly recommend everyone else to come and deal with this shop.

Second purchase from united cycles. Bought Aerox with them and changed it to Nmax thereafter. Have been doing my maintenance with them. Mechanic is helpful and knowledgeable, will explain the problems and recommend parts to change. Sales is helpful and friendly. Look for Mr Lee for best deal 👍🏻

Bought a 2nd hand Honda CBR150R from them about 2 years ago. The next day, a mechanic from a different motorcycle shop claimed that one of my bike parts was spoilt. I stupidly believed him and went back to United Cycles where their mechanics assessed my bike and shared with me that it was in fact all good. They even went a step further and very kindly offered to change the part for me for free (it cost about $150) which I turned down in exchange for a 30-day guarantee (which I thought was fairer to both parties) which they accepted though in the end there were no issues with my bike after months which is when I realised the other mechanic was trying to pull a fast one on me. Overall it was a great and smooth process with a team of staff who are understanding and helpful. Really appreciate it as my 1st purchase from a different shop was a nightmare.

They quote me price for a few new bikes and said this price is valid for 1 day. I went back after 2 hours, after doing some search, they did not honour their quote prices and quoted me a new higher. No harm done but wasted my time.
