I highly recommend Vicious Cycle. My 2nd hand Kawasaki W175 was giving me starting issues. Brought it to L_ cust___, they checked and repaired the carbeurator and said nothing was wrong with the bike although I mentioned that another workshop had found the battery and carbeurator to be faulty. After I collected it, the riding felt off (gear changing was rough, braking was super hard) and the battery died the next day. Towed my bike to Vicious Cycle instead. Waiting time was long (almost a month) but they were able to take their time to rectify the issue and changed the different components to quality ones (tyres, battery, carbeurator, starter). Collected my bike a month later and riding / starting was so smooth like butter. Braking as well. Waiting time is long but it is worth it. They bother to check everything and recommend what is needed to be changed. Definitely recommend Vicious Cycle. I am p-plater and this was my first bike- blue kawasaki W175.
