Really have to give it to JUN, coming from even my point of view, I have to admit I was an obnoxious customer. With my mindset of always have to nitpick and clarify every single detail. He even knows the technical details and gives advice on if I want to add on speakers or amps. Really surprised by the amount of details and patience he has given while dealing with me. Gotta give respect when respect is due. Customer service and support from him Really is superb, there was one instance I had a prior meeting with him but I wasn't able to make it, he make the adjustments and met me after his work hours.

Had messaged to view a car, then one hour before the viewing time, he told me the car was sold, and recommend another car to me. I had taken half day to purposely go down for viewing, it is really very annoying. No right or wrong, u just judge by urself.
