I don’t usually leave reviews in anything but , I would like to commend Jeremy from marketing for his more than excellent service and for going beyond to secure me a car. Even though it is not something urgent or super important, he took extra extra efforts to fulfill my request . Honestly I don’t really need a car, so if he didn’t get me a car, I would still write this, and commend his service . The world will be a better place if everyone is like Jeremy. Thank you Jeremy !!!

I assume this request for feedback is for the rental in Feb 2023. V strange to ask so many months later. The staff are super friendly and professional. Especially when I had to extend the rental because my stay was extended due to family hospitalisation. 5 stars to them! Although the car was drivable was super old and not in the best state. The pick up times are super limited to 5pm so if your BA flight is after there is no options on the booking page to state that. There is a late returns box at the counter which is very helpful. I hope Avis can review how they align to BA flight arrival pickups please!
