Had been with Focus Rentals for 2years and still ongoing, it was a wonderful journey so far. My RM, Agnes has been wonderful. Greatly appreciated her patience when I was looking to do a recontract, and had many questions which she helped to answer. Also gave a clear explanation on the ongoing promotions. This gives me a better idea on which car and promotion to go for, that best suits my needs. She is also prompt on her replies to my questions. Very skeptical about renting from rental companies because I’ve heard many stories about rental companies overcharging their customers thru different ways. Took the leap of faith and rented with Focus. I was assigned a personal RM Agnes who is always prompt and dealt with my questions quickly. Got myself a good deal, to be frank rental pricing with focus is not the cheapest in terms of daily rental but you get a peace of mind in every other aspects. If you happen to run into some issues on the road with your car you can be sure someone is always there to assist you, with 24/7 service hotline and a personal RM, your downtime (if any) will be kept to the lowest.

I chanced upon focus rental promotion and was served by Mimi. She has been very professional and helpful in answering all my enquires transparently. Even though nearing the car collection date, she was suddenly told that it was out of stock, she still managed to secure another car of my preference for me. After collection of car, she also did follow ups and addressed my issues first thing in the morning! Great service and sincerity! Update : signing of contract and collection of car is very fast. But the after sales team need improvement! When I needed their 24 hours support team, their 24 hours emergency hotline is uncontactable! I was left stranded in the middle of the night, i was just lucky the car is still drivable. Can't imagine if I needed tow, I would have to wait with the car until somebody wake up to pick up my call in the morning??? After contract is signed, you are basically on your own for how long the duration of your contract is. Just hope that you don't ever need their recovery team!
