Great experience! The facilities are super convenient, with plenty of easily accessible power plugs, which is a huge plus. The air conditioning is also a nice touch, keeping things comfortable throughout. The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, new, and drove smoothly. It really made the whole trip enjoyable. Overall, everything was well-thought-out and easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Customer service was good, new office too. Have been renting with them on and off for about 1yr . Cars are new, rental is very affordable as well. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed

Excellent car rental service, staff are friendly and knowledgable. I rented Audi A3 from them, it was my first time renting and the team was patient to answer my questions about the car. Their cars are VEP registered so you don't have to worry about driving the cars to Malaysia. Highly recommend renting with Lylo!
