Recently rented from them and overall, I was pretty satisfied. I booked a Toyota Vios manual from them but an administrative error meant I got another manual car instead - their Suzuki Swift Sport. A little annoyance but not a big issue, so I took the car. The Swift itself had a few minor issues, and I'm not totally satisfied with the condition of the car as it felt as the alignment was slightly off; but mechanically it was functional without big issues. When you rent from them, even their mechanic will advise you to take videos and pictures of the car before you even drive it away; so that you can document existing damages to prevent misunderstanding when you return it. Anyway, just be careful and document everything before driving away and their service would be satisfactory enough.

rented a sx4 from them. rental rate was good.all went smooth. paid the deposit via pay now. I was out of there in 15mins with the car. yeah they do use a light to inspect the car. but the technician is not bad.. he highlighted to me the crack on the windscreen which I cannot even see. they do check the engine oil and coolant when I returned the car. I checked the tyre pressure it was good. the car was clean and did not smell. overall the car condition is good. I think they quite Okie . they behave ethically. they may seem rough outside. but they Okie la.. I dunno how they behave if got problem. hopefully I dun experience it...
