I was recommended by a friend to try Ride Now. Have a great experience with the service. The rental details are clear and the response are fast too. I manage to make the booking 2 weeks prior my booking. Car was very well maintained and clean, the service were very good. I forget to bring a cash card. and the staff loan me one of his spare for my whole rental. Payment process were smooth and the staffs were very friendly. Would definitely come back to rent again! 😁😁

Renting a vehicle had always been subjective and skeptical to me due to possible hidden charges, excess and processions due car return. However, RideNow services and technical staff had went through all the details to me and explained it well. Hence, I went ahead with the rental. They gave me professional suggestions on which model and specs of the car that I should get for my 2 days trip. Rented a Honda Fit 1.3A (FL) model. To my surprise, tip top condition and extremely clean and pristine. Fuel efficiency of 19.5km/L on expressways and 15.8km/L on normal. My 2 days road trip barely touched the 3/4 bar. Thank you to the service and technical staff of Ride Now Pte Ltd.

Rental for a week.. Services were smooth & friendly.. can’t complain about car in detail but overall .. okay lah, What surprises me most was ,i encountered an incident where the battery died.. i gave them a call , they replied.. within an hour they recovered the car & drove the car to my next location… again ..overall quite a satisfied customer

First time renting a car in Singapore and ridenow experience was fantastic. Travis is a wonderful guy who is very helpful and the team at ridenow is very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend RIDENOW rental !! Especially the excellent service from Mr. Travis who takes GOOD care of his customers! Already from my 1st experience renting a FIT - CRV - Crossroad - Vitara - and many others.. is an excellent experience! Mr. Travis is the TIP TOP Sales person who listens to what his customer wants and trust me his recommendation of cars are worth trusting! The cars are well maintained and handing over taking over have never been a hassle infact a breeze! Just return as what you get.
