K. N.The quality of washing is good. But that can't be said of the customer service. Chinese boss is a nice and friendly guy , that's why I have signed 2 package there. However my latest package has expired this month , with 4 remaining washes.
After washing car today, I ask to deduct from my package not knowing it has already expired.
Then this lanky Malay guy just said in a rude tone, "already expired, cannot use!" I politely ask if can extend the expiry and was replied with a firm no. This is not my first rude experience from him. The tone was nasty.
I made payment for this wash in cash and left.
Overall , car wash is good. Maybe can assign better people dealing with the customer.

B. W.1st visit to SLK Auto for standard car wash. Very detail and car restore to former glory. Wait time about 15mins. Almost on par with car pow standard. New shop hydro cleaning coming at level 3. Very good location for car wash. I don’t understand why I was asked to wait at the front shop instead of the washing bay.
