I spoke to a few carpenters from various companies who refused to work with the simple requests I asked for, saying they were impossible. That's until I found Xiao Tong at Cheong Cheng Renovation who catered to all my requests and made it a reality without complaint and did so at a surprisingly low price. She's so pleasant to work with, and I thoroughly enjoyed bouncing around ideas with her over WhatsApp where I'd come up with a suggestion, and she'd offer the practical solutions for what I wanted. I love the thought she put into which labor should go first, second and third, in case someday I want to remove the cupboards or change things around. None of my previous IDs ever explained stuff like that to me. She was also very organized, making sure the workers had goals to achieve almost every day of the week till we hit the deadline. No lengthy delays for no reason. I highly recommend both her and the company for anyone searching for an ID or carpenter for some work in the home.

Steven, thanks for the great job. We are glad we have chosen your company after watching your company advt on Youtube. The carpentry work is excellent and the workmanship of the cabinet is done meticulously. Athough we only saw the half completed cabinet few days ago, we were very impressed with the Blum technique used in all the drawers. You have also displayed professionalism and provided us with advice in helping us with our small issues like lightning, plumbing, WiFi installation. Thanks for the good work at Miltonia. Cheong Cheng renovated my kitchen over 6 years ago. Sammi responded quickly when the dishrack door hinge was spoilt. Her worker replaced the faulty hinge at economically and speedily. Thank you, Sammi of Cheong Cheng. 😀

Fantastic carpentry work. Great service. They may have some policies that may not sit well with some people. 1. Given the state of the industry, we were skeptical of making payment before artistic impressions. 2. 90% down-payment before commencement of work. Which again is a tad unusual. Though they did acquiesce to almost completion. 3. Work was completed earlier than schedule. Couple of issues were minor. Adjustable shelving, etc. Mostly because of a slight language barrier. Otherwise. Great work and great service. They measured twice and cut once. Highly recommended for all your wood working needs.

With Compliments: On behalf of my family, I will like to thank Mr Steven, POC for the project, Ms Xiao Tong and the rest of his team for dedicating their hard work, time and effort in ensuring that our newly renovated flat is handed to us in good condition. When it comes to our expectation and requirements for our ideal design in mind, Steven puts extra attention and made special notes on the areas highlighted. Base on his years of accumulated experience in the industry, he will offer suggestions when necessary to further enhance the result of how the flat will eventually turn out to be. I will also like to gave him special compliment during the circuit breaker period. The renovation project was delayed due to Covid 19 along with social distancing measures in place. Nevertheless, with his expertise, Steven is able to complete the project without compromising the quality of work. The end product exceeded expectation when we moved in. Was looking for a carpenter to help install a built-in wardrobe for my home. I Googled, "built in wardrobe carpenter singapore" and emailed the first 7 companies my request. Only 2 company replied to me within 24 hours, including Cheong Cheng. So do know that they will check their email and reply to you soon. Kelly was assigned to us and was responsive to our design input. She helped answer any queries we had and was overall a nice person to work with. Workmanship of our current wardrobe is great. It's nice to look at and hoping that it will last long.

CC renovation provides outstanding work, reasonable price and responsive customer service! My wife and i are satisfied with CC Renovation We started off with another ID who didn't fulfill his promises and unable to deliver the renovation on time. Having stress with wedding preparation and house renovation, we decided to find another renovation company as a backup plan. That is when my wife, found CC renovation from facebook and asked me to contact them. We managed to get in touch with Kelly and after hearing our situation, she managed to rush out quotation and drawings within 2 weeks and still fulfill our design concept.
