My 8-month old iPhone 15 Pro Max suddenly went dead and I did not back up my data to iCloud. Thanks so much to Roy & Boon for being professional and clear in explaining the steps they will take to try and recover the data. And definitely for their knowledge and skills - they successfully recovered my data and created a backup of my phone at a reasonable cost. Great life saver to a sudden, unexpected problem. Highly recommended if you need help with your phones/ laptops!

Honest and genuinely helpful guys who will give their best to solve your mobile phone problems. If you have an issue, bring your phone to their shop and they’ll provide a free diagnosis. Services are reasonably priced and may even be free of charge (my phone had an audio problem, which was quickly solved with a thorough cleanse).

Very professional and can solve any iPhone issue I think. My data was totally lost and they helped in porting data from broken device to mine when Apple centre also declined saying that data cannot be recovered and Apple can’t do anything , this shop turned out to be saviour. They got my data back and also on very cheap price. I would recommend all to try them for iPhone recoveries before going to Apple centre. Very helpful team and responsive . 💯 percentage recommended

My iPad couldn’t be turned on, tried everything I could find on YouTube and Apple support but couldn’t work. Even went to Apple service Centre, they said given what I tried it’s probably a motherboard problem and would charge $500plus. Went to this shop, and they managed to diagnose the REAL problem - the battery short circuited. They jump started it and fixed it, n gave advise on how avoid the issue in the future. All was very fast only took 1h, and they gave a very reasonable price! Great job.

Staff here is superbly efficient and expert in their field. Seriously wouldn’t be trusting other vendors when it comes to phone or com repairs. I’ve done iPhone battery replacements and screen repairs with them. And they revived my phone that dropped 9 floors down, helped me source for appropriate screens for me to change into even when they’ve no stocks. Awesome service!

I had broken my Iphone 6 a few days back and have never taken my phone to any repair and was worried the price would be extremely high anywhere I went and I would be swindled out of my money. Atom gave me a reasonable price, fixed both my broken screen and my glitchy lcd I had since I got my phone, and even provided me with free tempered glass. They did this in what seemed less than 20 min. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixed quickly, efficiently, and with superb customer service (they replied to my email questions at 1 am which I think is outstanding). I took my dying pixel phone to Atomware. This problem couldn't be solved by Google help desk too. So I wasn't too sure if it will get solved. But the professionals at Atomware thoroughly checked it, did the repair and voila it worked again!! And to be honest, they charged me very reasonably, even in this circuit breaker time. I strongly recommend this shop!
