Location is very convenient. Just next to Potong Pasir MRT and inside a mall. My trade in phone process was smooth. Was able to get assessment/quote within a day and a queue number all through Mister Mobile What's Apps. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bought my S24 Ultra from Mister Mobile on June, phone is original and cheaper than most places. They even have online exclusive Titanium Orange with good price. Good process and experience, order online and self collect without additional cost. Their service and phone price are transparant and stated on their website. Will use their service again in future.

I had an appointment to replace a battery of a 3-year old Pixel 4a. They explained to me that they would not recommend replacing the battery if it lasts more than 6 hours. I ended up only replacing the screen protector. Appreciate the fact that they didn't replace the battery just to charge me. Service overall was fast and to the point! Highly recommended!

With regards to my review recently, I was honestly actually very disappointed about the bad service there as the reviews I read up was very good so I definitely expect very good service even though I never go before. This is because I have been sourcing for good mobile phones services to assist me with, and since the reviews for mistle mobile was pretty good and decent, my mindset was it should be as good since the reviews were good? Hence I placed my high expectatation on mister mobile but it ended up a flop like what I mentioned in my earlier review. I was a reasonable person, so having this kind of service really puts me off and as much as I wanted the phone I reserve badly, I let go. However, the manager of mister mobile approached me very sincerely yesterday and tried his best to rectify what has happened and apologized to me regarding the situation. I could feel he is apologetic towards the mistake his staff has done and had explained that this staff was new and a trainee, hence resulting in the unpleasant experience I have here. Nevertheless, his trainee who was pretty rude to me that day without explaining the whole procedure came to message me and apologise for the incident. Hence, the after service in handling the whole thing was excellent and I appreciate the way how the manager tried to rectify to not make customer unhappy. At least I feel he treasured every customer that used his service. Nevertheless, thank you mister mobile for everything, and also thank you for reserving the phone for me. But sadly, I had already purchased at another shop that day as I mentioned I needed a work phone urgently , hence I specifically came down all the way from west to potong pasir just for the phone. I am willing to give mister mobile a second chance as I believed every one deserves a second chance. Be it mister mobile, or the trainee. I would give them a second chance by using their service again in the future if I would like to purchase a second hand phone or trade in etc. Thank you and all is good 😄❤️

Went over to Mister Mobile (PP) to replace my Samsung HP Screen . Service staff is quite professional and courteous. Price is reasonable and cheaper than sending back to OEM for repair. Time to service taken slightly longer than expected, but still within 2 hours. Phone is working fine, as good as new. Comes with 30 days service warranty. Recommended.

Good and fast repairs. My phone had some weird issue where data and calls became extremely intermittent, just like when data had just came out in the early 2010s. Tech guy managed to find the cause to be a faulty chip, and rectified it within the hour. Kudos to you guys I don't have to buy another phone.

I visited this shop because of my Samsung S22+ screen started showing green and pink lines after the upgrade. Their online communication (emai/whatsapp) is definitely great. LCD replacement is definitely cheaper than service center, although it's not original but I am quite happy with it. Staff was quite friendly. Replacement took only about an hour. I will definitely visit again if needed

I have been a customer of Mister Mobile for the past 3-4 years for screen and battery replacements and their service and replacement parts have always been great and i usually dont get any issues the year after. I had my screen replaced on my OnePlus 8T on 1 May and the green line appeared on the replacement screen just over one month after the replacement. Customer service cant cover this since it is beyond the 30 day warranty period and they offered me a discount for another screen replacement. Granted this is fair as it is part of their warranty conditions. Overall still this is disappointing and as a customer i cant be paying for screen replacements every 1-2 months. I might as well get a new phone. Hope there is better QAQC of replacement parts. edit: Mister Mobile have reached out to me to further explain the situation and offer a replacement of the screen. Hopefully new screen will last longer

Requested if they can kindly transfer over to the Potong Pasir branch for collection and they kindly obliged. Mister mobile has been my go to brand for either trade in or purchase of new phones. Been a returning customer for years. Personally I feel that repackaged the 2nd hand phone shop image to one that is more professional and less pushy. Most importantly everything is transparent as well. Processes are also in place to ensure each party knows exactly what they are doing to ensure good client experience. Because of such shops, I no longer went for long telco contracts with phones but instead went for Sim only plans and mobile phones with mister mobile. It’s cheaper and the experience is better in my opinion. Two thumbs up!

Brought my Ipad Air to fix here. Essentially screen was frozen and not responding. Apple quoted me $600 for 1-1 exchange. Mister mobile was able to repair it, changed the motherboard and also the screen. Paid total about $200. Workmanship is good and it’s still working well. Worth giving a shot, customer service is transparent and good.

I went to Mister Mobile with my old phone, about seven years old. Charging issues. They helped repair it. The problem came back a few hours later. I went again the next day. They fixed it at no charge but the problem came back that night. It was an old phone and I expected that the problem would continue, so I went over to get a new second hand phone. They helped and deducted the cost of the unsuccessful repair from the cost of the phone. I appreciate that - they've taken time to help and didn't charge for their time and labour if the problem wasn't fixed.

The experience from start to end has been positive. Brought iPhone XR and AirPods (G1). The latter could not get new batt. Issue was circuitry. So, their “no fix, no charge” policy applied. With AirPods, they will present a caveat first for your acceptance. Due to its fragility, short of a better word, the AirPod could be end up in an unusable state if they can’t fix it. I can’t recall what was all in the message before I accepted but vaguely, recall that I may not be able to charge that side of AirPod where the fix was not successful. It was a no-brainer to accept the terms. After all , I was there to fix an issue. Book for 1st appt of the day. Parking was easily available. Mid day wise, may need some luck with Poiz. Nearby carparks will be the alternative.

Amazingly super fast service. Confident, easygoing and honest staff. I made an appointment and visited this branch for the replacement of my 3-year-old Samsung S10e's display (yes, their inventory for even the old phone models is pretty impressive). I got the display replaced within just an hour! Initially, I was concerned about the replacement display as the original one is a super AMOLED one and as clearly told by the staff, the replacement is not an original display but a Grade A display, but I must say that it still feels as good as the original one in terms of display quality and touch response. Hope it works well going ahead. I also got the old/damaged display back as requested. Their centralised WhatsApp based customer service is also quick and reliable. Really impressive service. Strongly recommended.

Mister Mobile's service is exceptional! Upon contacting them via WhatsApp for my phone-related troubles, they quoted me a price to fix my motherboard and I really appreciated having that price transparency compared to places who like to charge a "service fee". Jerry from the Potong Pasir branch was friendly and very helpful - he explained the repair process and all the additional warranty-related information before I finally committed. More importantly, Jerry and the team made it a point to set expectations! As much as we want repairs to succeed all the time, they have their own risks, and Jerry was very clear about what would happen in the event that the phone was bricked/could not turn on. Thankfully everything turned out fine! A few days later the same problem popped up and I headed to the store again to get it fixed. Thanks to the warranty I didn't have to foot any extra charges, and Jerry was very clear in his explanation about why the problem might've happened again! I really appreciate the help and my phone's working great! I'll definitely return to Mister Mobile in the event that I have yet another problem with my phone. Indeed, Mister Mobile exceeds your expectations!
