When I inquired about gadgets to charge my watch, they provided helpful recommendations and introduced me to a portable charger that could charge both my watch and phone simultaneously. The staff's knowledge and guidance were impressive, ensuring I found the right product for my needs. They even advised me to keep the receipt for warranty purposes, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, a great experience at Xgear with top-notch service and quality products.

They are very efficient and detailed! Even I’ve already move to other areas, I still come back to them when it comes to screen protectors!!! Do find Haley for sticking screen protectors, she is a pro!!!

Bought a Samsung S9+ screen protector for S$30 a month ago, and some bubbles entered the top right corner. Came back a month later and the staff very nicely helped to remove the bubbles and offered to shave the corners for a better fit.

I was looking out for a good affordable earphones with good bass stereo system. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. While I'm going through their earphones, one of them came over to me and asked me a few questions and narrowed down to a few brands that are within my budget. Got one of them and never did I know they are also having some great offers on certain selected Iphone 13 Pro Max covers. Bought a few for my wife as well. Overall their service is to my satisfaction. I knew there are a few more stores selling similar items but for me...usually I go for great service, friendly people and extra mile. Thank you and I will definitely come again next time if I ever needed to get gadget items.

I always find this shop has more and nice casing. Every time I want a casing I will think of this store first as casing is unique and the ladies there have good customer services. Though young they always service you politely. Xiao wei and Stella are always very attentive what u need. Even to detail, this makes me fill they don't only sell you stuff, they makes sure this is what u need and also will help u any time u have concerns. Super impressive youngsters.
