I was looking to have a tea ceremony cheongsam done and the team at accent did a wonderful job bringing my ideas to life ☺️ I wanted something modern yet classic and they definitely made it work. I also enjoyed the initial consultation process and the fittings were quick and easy. Great service and fantastic workmanship in their pieces. I came to Accent for some custom suits & pants. As a plus-size and short woman, it was very difficult to find well-designed jackets/bottoms without alterations. Accent is good with their jacket measurements — the skeleton jacket was pretty spot on right from the first fitting. The pants took more time due to my dimensions, but the team was very accommodating with the number of fittings required. The material selection, such as the range of linens, is catered towards the Singapore weather; I felt comfortable walking around outdoors in my new pink linen suit.

I like how I’m able to customise everything on my cheongsam, from the material, the colour of the buttons and even the design of the dress. The team is also very meticulous. The designers and seamstress’ here are so lovely and helpful throughout the process from the design to the small changes in the jumpsuit I had made. As an international client in New York City, I highly recommend working with Accent to create a bespoke outfit for your wedding. The Accent team is extremely communicative via WhatsApp and will help you every step of the way to create your dream piece. They are very skilled at guiding you with measurements and using your photos and videos to create a well fitted piece. The team is talented and passionate about the work they produce, so you can rest assured that you will be taken care of. The prices are very reasonable for bespoke pieces and a much better value than anything you can find in NYC. The style for cheongsams is also more modern than the outdated ones you find in the United States. Lastly, the fabrics are excellent quality and their style is elegant. Do not hesitate to work with them!! 10/10 would recommend to all my family and friends!

An amazing experience at Accent! Lyn, Tai An and Ken were patient and very knowledgeable throughout the process of making a suit, blouse and to-die-for linen pants. It can often be frustrating finding clothes as a petite AND plus-size gal in Singapore. Lyn was a great listener, able to take my million of ideas and suggest a few things I would not have even thought of wearing! Their attention to details and to their customer is top notch!
