Got my daughters' ears pierced at the Bishan outlet. I am rating 3 because I find the pricing is way too much. Just because I didn't want to risk any infection for my girls, I bit the bullet and paid anyways. I think the after solution is also quite expensive. Please explore more options before going to B'Dazzled.
