The staff here really know their job well. My previous progressive lens made me a pain in the neck. Chris did a better job and now I got a good pair of spectacle with progressive lens custom to me more accurately!

Went in just looking around because I saw they stocked Maui Jim sunglasses. Chris was super helpful in helping me find the right fit and shape for my face, and was very honest about which ones I should buy or not, and did not pressure me into buying anything. Couldn’t chose between 2 sets and was deliberating, but Chris brought up the 2nd set promo so in the end I got both. Great service & very happy with the sunglasses!

Very good after-sales service where they follow up with you after your purchase has been made to see if there are any issues. I happened to have some queries/ issues and had wanted to go down to the branch to check in with them, but they promptly assisted to resolve it in 10 mins through Whatsapp without having me go down to the branch. Highly recommend if you are looking for an optical shop.
