I bought some eye masks instead since my eyes were tired from work. I put it on when I went to bed at night. I felt a warmth from the patches. Not too hot, just comfortable and i dozed off comfortably. By the time I woke, I felt much better, still wearing the patch. I felt more refreshed after that. I recommend the eye patch
