V. S.By reading some of the review I see some unhappiness.
But my experience with Fendi at Ngee Ann City is great!
I went to Ion store but did not have the item I wanted. So I tried Ngee Ann and I was greeted with a sweet and big smile from miss yee theng.
Sadly said the one I want also OOS and she offered to put me on waiting list. Thank god. Next day she saw the stock and WA me and Tada~ I got what I wanted.
I came back to the stores for 3times in total for some purchases and everytime yee theng gave me a big smile without fail. The 2nd visit I went quite late but yee theng and 1 more malay staff is still patience with us. Talking to us. It's actually beyond their operating hours. They didn't urge us to leave but keep sharing some happy moments with us. Love them lots 🥰
i. m.Went to the boutique last Saturday and was immediately welcomed by all staff. Was served by Yeetheng, a bubbly and helpful young lady. Saw another staff, a Malay lady, helped out to tidy up the rack and sales area we were at while Yeetheng prepared our purchase. Good teamwork spirit displayed here! Unfortunately, saw some defects on the bag when we reached home. Returned to the boutique the very next day and was served again by Yeetheng but with the assistance of the Asst Mgr, Saufi. Both understood our problems with the purchase and went all out to assist us with the exchange processes. All throughout, Saufi displayed nothing, but professionalism! We were quite impressed by this young man's service standard! Yeetheng was very helpful throughout as well. These two staff really made us feel comfortable all the way. We ended up exchanged the previous purchase with another item plus, added another new purchase. Left the store happy and satisfied. We will be back. 😉 Thanks to Saufi and Yeetheng! 👍🏼👍🏼
