Was assisted by Angel for my first ever purchase. Didnt disappoint. I first had contacted them via whatsapp and the response had always been very swift and helpful. Went to the physical store and it was a pleasant experience for me. Will definitely patron this place again!

I visited the Taka boutique without an appointment, and Nikki was incredibly accommodating and patient. I shared that I was looking for my first Birkin but had no idea about the size or color. Nikki was professional and guided me through all the models, not just the Birkin. She let me try on bags of different sizes and colors. While I didn't find the right item during my visit, she was completely understanding. Eventually, I ordered my Birkin online, and my B30 came from the HK branch. Thank you, Nikki!

Absolutely amazing buying experience with Claire at Ginza Xiaoma Singapore! Claire was extremely welcoming, patient and accommodating, especially when we wanted to look at other bags! Thank you for meeting us on a Saturday too. Prices here are reasonable, and the boutique itself is sensational, with a wide range of bags to choose from. In general, it is a very good Hermès boutique store with many rare bags and good decoration. I can get the bag I want without buying other accessories in the Hermès store, and the price is reasonable.

Ginza Xiaoma is a heaven of Hermès bags. Large choice of beautiful handbags and if you can't find what you want, their sales team can source for you from their HQ in Japan. Very friendly staff. This is without a shadow of a doubt the most beautiful boutique in Singapore. The showroom is decorated and built by a very famous Japanese architect and designer and clearly, a lot of money and effort has been spent into designing this boutique.
