Went to Kaleido a week ago and was pleasantly served by Eunice. She was very spontaneous and helpful. She was frank with her opinions and showed me exactly what would suit my needs. She was patient and did not get agitated with me when I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. When there was no size available she did not hard sell on me getting another ring with the size. Instead she asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting a few days for her to get the ring from another outlet. She always worked out my bill to ensure that I get the best promotion available. She was very sweet to my son as well. Will definitely go back to buy from Kaleido thanks to Eunice.
