Recently visited Love, Bonito again, which was located at Somerset 313. Went to get some outfits for work. Didn't purchase it immediately but when the 2nd time i entered, i purchased. All thanks to the two kind and sweet gals Kirty and Rin for their wonderful patience and assistance. They helped me out to get the sizes i need which were not available in the store. Appreciated their support! I had a great services from these gals. Thank you!

Been a regular to the 313 store for years and the service has never failed me. I happened to have met Vanessa once again and this sweet lady has attended to me with great patience, assisting me with new pieces, offering me the correct size of the pants to try on and also a smaller size to compare, very thoughtful of her. When settling the payment, she has shared with me on the points I can redeem to offset the total bill and also redemption of free gift, she is also pro-active and informative as well, certainly an asset to the company.

I have always been doing online shopping thinking it’s the most efficient way to shop. Today I passed by the LB store @ Orchard Central whilst waiting for something & was pleasantly surprised + super impressed at my total experience. Received excellent service from Li Yan, who took time to understand my fashion preferences, size & fit, then patiently brought very suitable piece after piece for me to try. Along the way, she slowly refined the search & I ended up loving all the recommendations! I guess this has to be the wonderful difference between an online vs in-store shopping experience!

I was there to look at the festive collection they have & was interested in a white shirt dress but the dress was a bit sheer for me so i approached the sales girl Katrina (i remembered her name cause she said her name is like the hurricane🤣🤣) there to asked her if the dress comes in darker colours. She was super helpful she even shown me other colours that is in the store. I didnt manage to try it on cause the fitting room line is so long but definitely will be back there to try it on some other days & hope she's there to serve me 😄

Amazing experience at Love Bonito 313 with the stylist, Vanessa! The store stocks clothes with great designs from formal to casual for all occasions and climates. Prices are affordable, of good value and allow for a wide appetite of budget with seasonal sales. Make sure to ask for Vanessa if you come to the 313 store! She’s incredibly helpful, has a keen eye for fashion and is extremely nice. Be warned LB & Vanessa might change how you dress for the better and loosen up your wallet - but you’ll walk away feeling a million bucks.

Kudos to Wani for outstanding Customer Service. I was at Love Bonito 313 Somerset prior to my facial at 2pm. I requested service staff (not Wani) to check if there were new pieces for the 3 pieces I chose. l went back at 4:30pm thereabouts. Same service staff requested me to wait. Wani came by and immediately recognised me. She attended to me. No new pieces at 313 or other outlets. Wani checked Love Bonito Online and looked up pieces for me.
