Thank you Linus Chia as always, for your great service. Having been to other Goyard stores around the world, this one does feel homey. Also like that it is smaller and therefore cozier. You’re not intimidated. Doesn’t feel rushed either, especially with Linus’ patience! Given that they only have 1 store in Singapore, wait times can be long, but not any longer than the other brands.

Thankful for the excellent service by Abdillah who has been extremely patient since I first stepped into the store. As the first time purchaser, he took the time to share more on the brand and sharing his insights on which colour matches our needs. First time buying this brand and it is a great experience. The place is extremely busy, with many fussy undecided customers who tried many bags to only change their mind at the cashier. I’m amused by these tourists. I’m a local, dressed simply with no brands stuff on me. Service is excellent. Jet is patient and helped me secure the last piece of the hobo! Every staff congratulated me on getting the last piece. Really I only googled the brand yesterday! How lucky am I 💪🏻

It's better to shop during the weekdays and avoid the busy crowds on the weekends. The Saint-Gabriel wallet is a bit pricey but worth it. Staff helped with GST paperwork inside the boutique and when departing Singapore, just claim/receive back the GST at Changi airport.

The staff was very helpful and friendly even the item I was looking for was sold out. There will a queue outside the store normally. It took about 20 minutes for me to get inside. If only I could ask from outside and need not waste 20 minutes just to find out the item was unavailable.

Second Goyard shop I've visited. The first was in Hongkong where I was terrified of asking any questions and walked about briefly before exiting. This visit to the shop in Takashimaya was unplanned. Decided to have something to eat and browse after church, we drove to Taka ( the parking was a feat to drive up, the turns numerous so I wont be parking here any more. Googled shops and found out Laduree is no longer here ( BOOHOO) but found Goyard instead. Had a good experience. No Q outside because it was still early. Only one other customer inside. The sales assistant was a young man. He showed us a few bags and also brought out some other bags which he thought I would be interested. When I eventually bought my bag, he was kind enough to explain how to get tax refund. Overall a good experience. Its been a few weeks, so I cant remember his name. As for the bag, I decided to go for the St louis pm in the black. strap. The brown strap looked a bit odd and the other colour which I liked white was very tempting but potentially could look bad with marks. THe blue was nice but it had the goyard painted on it at the top. ( a big ugly and it costs a bit more too) Much later on, I saw a lady with a blue goyard. Nice but not so easy to match.

Out of so many Brands and boutiques I’ve been to, Goyard is one that shows no air and has been very patient with all of my viewing request. Stocks availability is a pain but that’s what makes you want a Goyard isn’t it? 🤪 Taking the opportunity to compliment Linus, he’s been very generous in sharing history of Goyard which interest me more now! Definitely a Goyard lover, for its wonderful workmanship, worth every penny 😍
