Love Timberland hiking 🥾 shoes . Excellent boutique customer service support. Bought 2 pairs .Thank to Liza 👋 .( They let you tried until you are “ happy “ 😊… ) Raymond was not there … but we always visit them when we at Jewel 💎. Using this brand since 8yrs ago . The collection may be minimal but kudos to the staff - Joanne - she was the only one working there on a busy Sunday evening but she had a positive attitude and was very patient with our requests to try different shoes and sizes.

Went down to Timberland Jewel a few times before finally purchasing my winter boots and clothes. The service crews @ Jewel are in general very polite and helpful however, perhaps being the only non-outlet store, it seems that it is always crowded. The small space means congested space and insufficient seats for consumers. The store seems to be short-staffed and it can be at times a tad hard to get staff attention as they are all busy. Nonetheless, giving it 5 stars still as the friendly service crews makes up for it.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Despite me trying on many pairs of shoes to find the right size (both men and female cut), she was very helpful and cheerful!

A far cry from the Timberland stores in terms of variety and service quality. Casual walk-ins are largely unseen and under-served. Perhaps due to Covid-19 fatigue or lack of serious buying prospects.
