very helpful employer. the vibe is calming and i can stroll around without bad feeling. i got tshirt for $5 only and its very comfort to wear. absolutely will go back for another collections 👍🏻

Typical Uniqlo store. A little bigger than usual. Spread across 2 floors. This store feels a little cramped. Overall I feel like their style is going in a direction I do not like.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Very crowded during that time. Good quality clothes, good variety, great staff, fiton rooms available and not crowded. Can access from 2 flows. Top flow for womens clothes and bottom flow for mens.

If curated properly, smaller stores may not necessarily be worse off as their sections and SKU are easier to navigate. This is one such store which allowed us to shop, find, try and purchase merchandise really fast. There was some awkward miscommunication at the cashier over membership issues but overall, this outlet is still a good shopping experience.

Well, that time I'm in a pretty hurry. I looked for ponte slim pants that already out of date in my country. Thank God I have Uniqlo Apps, so I can show the store staff its picture. Actually I have bought one piece but too small gor me,I want a bigger pants. The saleslady who serve me is very kind. Seems that she knew I:m not so fluent in English. When she saw the picture, she really look for it in the store's storage. Though the pants I want also not available, but I feel that they lusten to me and give me the best effort. Thank you and bravo!

The upper floors has a unique fragrance and they have it for sale online for just $70. Clean, spacious and lots of shops for mostly everything you may need.

One of the biggest with a more complete range of products outlet. Not sure if it's my imagine, but this outlet seem to have become larger than when I last came. Quite crowded during the weekends.. @Uniqlo Maybe alittle understaff here? Overall a nice one stop shop for Uniqlo items.

My compliments to Nargis - I called to purchase a scarf, only to find out the scarf was not launched yet. Nargis was very helpful, and tried to find different solutions for me. In the end, she gave me a great suggestion which solved my issue! Thank you for going the extra mile for your customer!

Take advantage of the free alteration service for pants, I got mine done in 30 mins by the in house tailor at ion. Note that you can return items if u change ur mind, provided it's in original condition. Uniqlo is the best for simple everyday wear. They also make very nice and comfortable hoodies, sweaters and sweatpants. Edit sep 2023: A great place to get basics like plain tees. Important to note that Uniqlo uses Asian sizing. So depending on body type, sizing up may be needed (example : Tommy Hilfiger M is loose for me, but Uniqlo M is way too short and small so I need L). N.b. Apologies for the causal spelling four years ago above. Time flies!

Their self check out is very convenient. using any credit card, the basket can auto scan all the items and just give it a tap and your done.

A complete uniqlo outlet inside ION Orchard, located on two floors. The service and goods are typical Uniqlo, fast service and comfortable clothes, although the size is a bit small for me.
