This store has 3-4 floors of display space. Each men, women, children and toddlers section is well stocked and separated. There were many men’s sections and more importantly in different sizes. I specifically like some of the seasonal discounts. Good quality at a reasonable prices.

Their clothes have quality and always better than online Shopee seller clothes. Their clothes suitable for sensitive skin people because my relative have severe skin problem and since this store open in Singapore she has been shopping in it and the clothes material last long which is good in saving money too. They are hiring and working in Singapore is consider quite nice. I’m in HR industry with this wage it depends what other benefits company will provide to care for employees. I also want to say to people looking for job, if this is the right working environment and wage is right for you, please work with heart and be complain-less, it is not easy for company to pay high rent and worker levy and other taxes which also include unforeseen emergency cost company have to bear which employee won’t know. I have been buying uniqlo apparels even before I started working because of the value and quality of its products. I recently bought more miracle air pants because of the comfort it provided in our humid weather. However for some unknown reason. The newer pants I bought in Aug was still too long (even after alteration) where it touches the base of my working shoes I had to pull up my trousers above my waist for it which was uncomfortable. I am very appreciative of Manager Quan's help to resolve this alteration issue. As all these while I did not encounter any issues with my clothes. I am a very happy customer as he helped me to waive off the charges for the alteration since I paid for it before. The service and response I had on level 2 was a stark contrast to level 3. The filipino lady manning the counter kept telling me "company policy" that I should have checked it on the spot. Which is something i should have done but did not make sense to me back then. I felt very disappointed as she made me feel that this issue was entirely my fault and I am to be blamed; The aftersales service was non-existent. I very much believed that japanese companies prides itself for customer satisfaction. I went to level 2 to see if a resolution could be done whilst collecting my trousers. All in all, a pleasant experience in 313 flagship store as I have an interesting experience at level 3 fitting room a bearded indian singaporean man also gave me his personal preference on what airism shirts I can get too. It shows the amount of pride and dedication he has to boost sales for the company even when no one is looking. Even the florist greets me to return again when I am leaving. Uniqlo is not just an excellent company because of its price to quality ratio. They have staffs represents the company very well by understanding how customers feel and making in storeexperience even better than online.

Great selection of t-shirts, with designs from manga, Zelda, Japanese classic art etc. Staff is friendly, and the floors etc are very clean and tidy. This is the biggest UNIQLO in SE Asia, and the selection shows.

Really nice to share the info to get to fopt locker when the male staff was sharing they hav few shoes available and ask if any brand I was looking for. Even nicely explain how to get to foot locker too thanks for going this extra mile

Uniqlo at Orchard Central is about two storeys high. Within its own inbuilt escalators, rather than going outside of the shop. There is a huge range of shirts, shorts, pants, inner wears and outer wears available to choose and buy from. Join the Uniqlo membership app to get more discounts. This Uniqlo is also selling freshly cut flowers and wrapping the flowers up as a boutique. Sales of flower starts from a flower stalk at $4.90.

The only Uniqlo store in Singapore that offers printing and embroidery services. Patches were $10 each and was done within 15 mins. You have to purchase the item at this store in order to use this service.

I would like to commend your staff Mr Kumar at Level 3 Men’s section. He is very patient and very helpful. His knowledge on the store is awesome where he knows about the products your store carries on his fingertips. Really big store to shop, but for a flagship store, the service is poor. Staff need better training.

As this this the flagship store, you can really get what you want here. There is also free wi-fi. Staff are generally friendly. Each floor in the store is dedicated to male, female and kids. As usual with most uniqlo stores, you have to be prepared to Q at the fitting room. Cashier is fast and patient. And advises customers to download the app for points etc. Wide range of accessories too. Sunglasses to belts. Being there on a weekend means you are fighting with both local crowd and tourists alike.

Bought all my Chinese New Year outfits here in an afternoon. Wide range of Men's clothing in this Global Flagship store, had lots of assistance from the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Best of all, quite a number of their products are on sale. Also, Uniqlo hired a calligrapher, stationed on the first floor, to write customers' (especially their children's) requested special messages on colourful Uniqlo cards. Her calligraphy is beautiful.

It's a huge Uniqlo outlet that's 3 stories tall. It is very conveniently located near Somerset MRT, sheltered all throughout your walk. Connected with the other w malls Orchard Gateway and 313 Somerset, you simply need to walk from one end to the other. This Uniqlo has most if not all the things you need from any other Uniqlos, and it's probably your best bet to finding things that are not available elsewhere. Do check this out if you need anything!
