A.Very good customer service, they still try to be helpful even though they were busy. Cashier at counter who seems to be the senior staff is very thoughtful and kind as well, went out of her way to help me.

Staff at the fitting room was unfriendly and pointed to a sign that said the maximum number of clothes I can take into the fitting room is 6 in a very grumpy manner. clothes sold are expensive.

K. H.Think the new store is much better, really feels like the full selection and not just targeted at a specific demographic, which it used to be. I went at peak time on a Saturday. Fitting rooms were clean and no waiting, it has lots of cubicles. The till has a bit of a wait time which is normal for Zara. It is far better than it used to be and selection is one of, if not the best in Singapore.
J. V. A.Something is wrong with the attitude of the female staff in this store. I had an item reserved which could not be found, and the Chinese young lady refused to help any further. Another Malay young lady saw me searching the store frantically and standing around for a long time, but also didn't bother giving any assistance. Thanks to one of the male staff Zahal, my item was finally found (it was kept in another place outside of the store). Really grateful for Zahal's patience and effort.
As another reviewer mentioned, it's really difficult to get someone to answer the phone. It's not just Vivocity, pretty much all the other Zara outlets are the same. I spent three days calling 313, MBS, Marina Square and Vivocity. Marina Square answered after two days. Vivocity answered on the third day. 313 and MBS never answered. During the time I was in the store at Vivo, the phone just kept ringing nonstop and no one answered it.
V. C.I couldn't help but to applaud this girl called Rina who is is sweet to push the stool fm one corner to some where near the fitting rooms so I can sit while waiting for my daughter to try many of the clothing in her favourite store Zara .
