If you are broke like me, need some second hand parts. I think they are the right shop to consult in Bukit Batok. I had not had a deep experience buying expensive stuff from them, but buying a keyboard which is broken, without any equivalent in the store, he literally let go of a Armageddon Keyboard (second hand?) as a replacement. I am not sure how much is it he was suppose to charge, but I am certain it is more expensive than the one i bought. I ask if he is sure, not charging extra, his reply: he is just trying to make my day. What a champion. As reading others comments, I believe this is a reliable store to get some second hand parts.

Good service and professional, recommended. Went down to this shop last week to fix my desktop PC had minor issue, Mr Fu is nice to take alook right away and fixed it in few minutes, now my pc is working well. Have been a regular to this shop for many years, he solved all my PCs problems and can give advice too.

Very Sincere, Reliable and Responsible Computer Service. I bought the power supply for my PC from G-Power and tried to get advice from Mr. Fu regarding the terribly slow speed issue of my PC. As he advised, he installed additional 512GB SSD. The price is reasonable and my PC is working good after the service. Unfortunately, power supply was failure after 5 months. I suspected that the root cause of failure might be the latching power on button. However, Mr. Fu took full responsibility and replaced new power supply without any charge. On the day of collection, he informed me that he reinstalled Window again to my PC due to wrongly install in old HDD at first time. He also asked me that any improvement in speed of my PC after install the additional SSD at first time. I said that I am not so sure. He amazed me by showing his sincerity. My point is that he can just rectify quietly and he can tell me another beautiful story of how he tried to improve the speed of my PC. However, he choose to admit the fault. Fantastic attitude which really hard to find. My PC is incredibly fast and I am very happy for the service. Thank you very much Mr. Fu and G-Power Team.

In July 2020, I sent my desktop for repair cos its failed to boot up. The last repaired was 3 years ago. Mr Hu assisted me with the problems and due to the high repair jobs, my desktop needs to be stayed in. The next day, Mr Hu informed me that I will need to change the desktop motherboard. I agreed to the changed and on the same day Mr Hu texted me to collect my desktop. Overall I had good experienced with G-Power. Repair cost also quite reasonable...
