John is the most reponsive and knowledgeable software solutions person that I have ever consulted with!!! Not only was he very patient but he listened well and understood my problem immediately! With his in depth knowledge he was able resolved my issues in less than 20 minutes. Very generously he waived any charge even though I insisted on a payment. John upgraded my mum's laptop and made it go faster. He also helped recover lost data from a corrupted hard disk. Now my mum can communicate with her friends on watsapp on the computer, access her email, watch YouTube and retrieve her ukulele song sheets and print them. When I made noise initially about the cost, he patiently broke down the cost of each item and helped me see that he had in fact discounted some items like Microsoft Office. So all in all, it was good service - friendly, professional and delivers on the service! 👌

I am a retired IT designer and I worked with a team of technicians. Recently, my PC encountered a situation, in which I believe is rather 'unusual' for me. I then stumble onto JOHN of ICS (after many poor experiences with others) online. We have never met or spoken before. I conveyed my issues to him and connected us through Team Viewer. JOHN was patient and a good listener. He step by step, identified my issues and its origin. Then he executed his know-how and fixed my PC all within an hour. Subsequently, I experienced new issues due to my external hard disk, which paralyzed by Administration Permission in the User and Group.
