Bought and assembled my first mechanical keyboard from LandingPad, and my experience has been nothing but excellent. Customer service was great as staff helped handle my issue and queries over on Discord. I ordered the Monsgeek M3W TKL DIY kit and other required components such as switches and keycaps, which arrived in less than 4 days: LandingPad got the stabiliser tuning and lubing of switches done in the next business day, and ninjavan got the package to me in 2 business days. Overall, I would highly recommend LandingPad if you are looking to get started with mechanical keyboards, but don't want a pre-built one sold by brands. You can customise basically everything and get LandingPad to build it for you, or get a DIY kit like I did to save some money and get some experience putting a mechanical keyboard together. Especially recommended if you are a local in SG, since your order would get to you pretty quickly, and the prices are very reasonable. A word of advice would be to drop by the Discord server if you got any questions you wanna clarify, as the staff and moderators are quite responsive.

If I could rate 10 stars I definitely would! Great pre & post service from Brendan. If you’re looking for starters-endgame custom keyboard, here’s the place to go! Honest and knowledgeable staff, no hard selling just roam freely and see what catches your attention. Widest range of mid-high end keyboard in Singapore, no wait time like GB.. Love the option of modding service, price is reasonable and they own a shop no appointments required. Highly recommended! :) My loots: 2 x Keyboard 4 x Switches set 5 x Keycaps set

I have a faulty prebuilt keyboard with severe key chatter issues and brought it down for them to take a look at it. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly (the layer of foam was too thick, so the switches weren't able to connect properly) and fixed it for me by literally poking holes in the foam. Yan taught me about the various switches while the expert staff saved my keyboard, and it was the most educational afternoon I'd ever spent in a shop. They didn't charge me for it, and I was extremely touched by their amazing service and generosity of knowledge sharing. Thank you all so much, you amazing people at Landing Pad!

My experience at LandingPad was nothing short of pleasant. From the opening of a ticket within their Discord channel for enquiries and orders, to going down and being assisted by a helpful staff by the name of Vince. Being a newbie to keyboard building, I was looking for a place that could help build one for me. While I had many questions, Vince was helpful enough to answer all of them and even humoured me when asked "What would the cost be had I decided to build it on my own?" At the end of the day, I was assisted in picking out the right parts and gave in to temptation as I purchased my first custom-made keyboard. All-in-all, my whole experience with LandingPad was excellent from start to finish. The staff were well trained and polite, and once again I'd like to give a shout-out to Vince, who attended to me during my visit to their showroom. If you're looking for a place to start going down a new rabbit hole, there is no better place!

A good place to get your customised mechanical keyboard if you’re planning to get one for the first time. The staff were accommodating in explaining the different aspects of the keyboards and what sort of modifications are available for my ideal keyboard. Delivery was quick as well and the keyboard is plug and play - no need for installation of software for it to work!
