Recently bought a custom PC from polygonpc, Everything was well-packaged. Seller is very experienced, and is very keen to guide you with anything you're unsure of. The performance is excellent, the build quality is top-notch, and customer service was prompt and helpful. Delivery was quick and the pc arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend people to buy from polygonpc!

Had really really good service from Eugene. I was able to customise my specs to my liking. Honestly I had looke at many many similar businesses when shopping for my new PC, and there was no other company that came close to beating Polygon's value. Delivery was also super quick. Recently dealt with them via Carousell and had an amazing experience. They have a wide range of products (newer stuff too) which matched my needs perfectly. They are also able to change out to the specs you want even if it's not listed online, just drop a DM to discuss. I expected my order to come in 1-2 days based on their Carou listings but to my surprise they were able to deliver the next afternoon even when I ordered around midnight. Speedy and also came in pristine condition. Very happy with my order and would highly recommend others to purchase their builds here 👍

Highly recommended seller! The whole buying process was so smooth and easy. When I requested upgrades to some specs of my purchase, the seller even advised that my upgrade was excessive and suggested cheaper alternatives. All my questions were answered without any upsell. Finally make a bold move to choose this vendor due to its competitiveness, and responsiveness. Build within 2 days, free delivery and even offer to setup for you if you have difficulty. Upon delivery , did a physical inspection on every component installed, test all ports. Try out on various app and games as well. Perfect ! If you want real stuff, this is the company. First of all, good and fast delivery of pc. After 2 months of having the pc, encountered into a problem with my monitor screen. Contacted Eugene from polygon for solutions and hm was kind enough to take his time to reformat my pc and solve the solution for me which was the faulty display cable, of which wasn’t related to the pc. Overall customer service and pcs would recommend to others!
