very nice service! my laptop screen is spoiled and they are able to replace with a new one very quick. And the staff is also nice and patient.

Planned to upgrade PC to play Elden Ring. Was given cost comparison by Ashiq and we eventually decided to go with new build. The whole experience was pleasant and reassuring. His colleague Amira was also very accommodating to answer all questions about cooling , power supply and graphics card . Btw the old PC we intended to upgrade was also bought from the same shop. It’s 3 years old with no issues.

Came in with a windows surface laptop which I thought I had to ship it for service. As the previous shop I went to for help told me that there might be issues with my hardware. Went to Protech as my last resort and to my amazed after hours of them trying to see whats the issue, they called to tell me they were able to solve the issue and everything was back to normal. Very good, friendly and experienced staffs! Will know who to look for when I have technical issues👍

22 sep 2024: Nice service. Quickly replace failed battery on laptop. Very fast n transperant. 10 dec 2024: However today after a couple of months I had an issue with my laptop charger. Went back to the store to get it checked to understand if it was a battery problem or a charger problem. The guy was quite rude asking me not to question the battery that was replaced and stop wasting his time (when I asked if I could just allow my laptop to charge for 5 minutes to make sure it's indeed a charger problem before spending money to buy a new charger). Anyways I did buy a new charger eventually but very disappointed with the service and rude tone of the owner.

Had a Laptop with BSOD issues. This shop offered to help diagnose the problem for free. Process was smooth and staffs were professional. Would recommend 10/10.

The staff there are professional, friendly and helpful. Their service is very fast as well, as I brought in my laptop on a Sunday late afternoon, and could collect it back on the very next day. At an accessible location near a bus stop, and with opening hours thats not a weekday-only 8-5pm, its good for people who are working weekdays. Tldr, highly recommend! :D

thank you protech! i went to protech to search for a mouse around $50. they recommended me some mouses around the price range. they showed me the razer essential mouse which was $59 . i only had $57 and was short of $2. they gave me a discount and allowed me to buy the mouse! I am really grateful and highly recommend to visit protech! :)
