Frontdesk of the Customer Service Support service is great. However the backend such as sending of quotation (repair) and payment then to repair doing took 2-3 weeks just by emailing via client > < Service Support >technician. All the quotation, payment then to repair it can be done at the front desk office. it can save lots of time.

Office may be in the middle of an industrial zone but if you have friends there ask them to bring you up for a game of counter strike or xbox. They serve free lunch daily as well
