Excellent service! My Dell laptop stopped working, so I took it to RM computer services in on a Sunday. By Monday, they diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard. They repaired it within two days. The cost was reasonable, and they even offered a discount.

I am really wow by the level of knowledge and patient RM computer provided. I went to look for him due to OS crash. He explained to me what was the fault in details and simple terms before proceeding to reinstall my OS. After fixing my OS, my PC was OK!!! Then 2.days later my motherboard got problem again. Went to RM Computer again and he assisted me to diagnose and fix this 2nd problem again !!. Price of hardwares is really on par with those on shopee and sims lim square. Thus no big big mark up. One more thing I really appreciate abt RM Computer is their Opening hours > DAILY 11am to 9pm , even weekend and ph !!!!!

Woke up with PC not being able to start all of a sudden and did some basic troubleshooting. Found this shop nearby on google and decided to give them a call and subsequently brought my PC to their premises for a proper diagnosis. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue (dead PSU) and through the business whatsapp account they were quick to inform me and responsive in discussing which PSUs to replace with - laying out my options on specific models and the associated costs. Upon selection, they were able to source for a high wattage PSU (my preference for future proofing and my preferred brand - and hence not readily available at the shop) which arrived within a couple of hours despite it being a Sunday. There was a concern whether this new PSU layout (Corsair Shift) would fit my casing and after some research and discussion we decided to give it a shot, with the assurance given by them that this can be swapped for another model if it doesn't fit. In all, diagnosis, discussions, parts sourcing, and installation all took around 5 hours on a Sunday, backed by the added assurance mentioned. PC was up and running quickly with minimal fuss required on my end - and happy to pay for the excellent service rendered.

This place really repair and return my laptop. Super near mrt. Roll also can reach. Cross the road must becareful. Beside beside the shop got food like a coffeeshop, 2 beside, halal, best, all can go here repair except vegetarian. Beside the coffeeshop got parking if you carry desktop. Raining dont go. No shelter.

My 2nd time here. They upgraded my 2 laptops and the service was fast and efficient. They did consultation and gave me options.

Visited them last month to fix the motherboard issue in my laptop. Their service is super fast and my laptop is given back to me within two days. Before I visited RM I went to another repair shop to ask and they say it would take 10 - 14 days to repair and the price they quote is 60 bucks higher than RM. Thank god I found RM eventually. The guy there is also super nice and even gave me a cheaper price for student.

I accidentally came across this service while googling. I am not a technical person and in times of computer mishaps, I have mostly encountered vendors that will use your ignorance to their advantage. However RM Computer is a number that i will share with all my friends. Hisham was the highly competent and yet kind technician who attended to me. I was amazed at how he not only resolved the issue but also looked at how he could help me improve my computer speed and repair a Power button. All this done with such dedication and competency. Brought my laptop here to get the speakers fixed and was recommended to change the hard drive as well. Was reasonably quoted and decided to go for both speakers and hard drive repair. Although I had to return to the place twice due to issue not solved, they were professional in their services and fee charging. So I would recommend esp if you stay in the east. On day 1 (sat), I dropped my laptop for repair due to a hdmi output issue. On the same day, they seem to resolve it using a driver update (as it works on their monitor) and so I only paid 70 dollars. However, the hdmi output issue still remain on my own monitor. I went back on day 2 (sun). This time they think that it is motherboard issue after checking for 3 hours. I was advised this will take 3 days to resolve, so I went back home (in the west). After some follow up, I was advised to go back on day 5 (Wed). This time they replaced a graphic component. Normally a motherboard repair would cost 200 and up, but they kindly deduct away the amount that I paid. For now the laptop hdmi output is working and I am pleased with their service. I would recommend, but would advise customers to follow up the status.

I had a desktop that kept suddenly showing a white screen. I tried all the usual fixes but to no avail. I then found RM Computer Services. Newer hard to find graphic card was installed and I am back in business. I then brought in my laptop which took about 10 minutes to boot up. Mohamed installed a new SSD and it boots up in seconds. Fantastic service. Been working from home due to Covid and using my personal laptop. It stopped charging and I was all ready to buy a new laptop cos i needed one for work the next day. Took it into the shop to try my luck in fixing it. The boss had a diagnosis for me within 2 hours and was able to replace the motherboard which had short circuited in another hour despite the many laptops that he had waiting for repairs.
