Came across this shop on carousell while looking for options and saw there was a lot of reviews. Did some more snooping around to make sure was credible as I had some doubts with such fantastic reviews but I am glad it was unfounded. I have some background knowledge having built my own pc before but due to time constraints and life, decided to seek services to assemble all. So I was looking into the parts that boss recommended and I could see that he knows his stuff well. The guy was patient and quick in his response to answer my queries. Finally, the time from confirming build to assembly to delivery was really fast, am grateful for delivering all the boxes as well promptly. Wasn't expecting him to offer to setup too and I knew how to so I thought it was fine. I didn't think he'd also have a video prepared in case so big ups for that! All in all, pretty satisfied from this purchase and I recommend!

Definately recommend shining pc. I find that the thing that puts shining pc apart from the others would be that the boss would let you know if the upgrade was neccessary. So no additional spending there. The other point would be, honest feedback, i got new MSI x670 p WiFi motherboard and amd 7600x at first i wanted it to be paired with the cheaper parts of ddr4. And he is very honest when we encountered problems, he told me straight up that he himself dont know the issue with sudden lag, then we found out after a few round of trial and error that the ddr4 parts cant catch up with the performance demand of these 2 bad boys. So we end up swapping parts a few times and he was very accommodating in the process. Thumbs up and recommended if you want a customed pc to your liking and know that he will helping you with the issues that you encounter in the future. He gives a fairly long warranty! 30/1/2023 Update. Had some issue with the power supply. Always unable to turn on after shutting down. Came up with i conclusion that the issue is with the power supply. Came down the very day, solved my issue at no additional cost! Took pride in his creation! Kudos to this guy! Definately real warrenty. All stuff and no fluff!

Charles was exceptionally helpful in diagnosing my pc that frequently BSOD, and lately when powered up no screen. He ran through couple of stress test and determined the problem is not my PC but probably one of my peripherals that is causing the issue. True enough. By process of elimination the problem was really my power strip which Charles did suggested for me to check. And for all the trouble, he did not charge me any fee even when I insist on paying for his time. Highly recommended for his expertise and honesty if anyone has hardware issues or need a new built for gaming or workstation.

Amazing customer service and friendly, gave extremely informed advice on my pc builds (talking about which SSD I should install my OS on, Win10 vs Win11, etc). I gave him 2 PCs to modify (transferring and installing new parts), and was done in approx 1hr 30mins. Enjoyed my time dealing with him! He sells custom PCs, and parts as well. Please buy from him! FYI, he speaks English, but prefers Chinese!

Highly recommend this shop, went down during midnight timing even though shop is closed, boss still helping to check and diagnostics the problem. Ended up getting new casing and new cooler fan. Superb service done by charles. Do support Shinning PC👍🏻😊
