Fast and smooth transaction, though the place is quite far from my place, the technician "JOVAN" is accommodating and know his product.
CK was very helpful and accommodating. Tho our laptop still under factory, CK took his time to check our laptop battery state before referring us to Hp service center. Thank u CK

It has been a good experience for me. My laptop died on me suddenly, I decided to head to Star Shield to fix it instead of going to the original supplier (ASUS). My laptop's motherboard was damaged and it was fixed with my important data still intact (thank god). There is a 3 months warranty from the day of collection. Although they told me it will take around 2 to 4 weeks to fix, I managed to get it within a week, had doubts at first but was relieved after getting their calls that it was fixed.
Hwa Jun is very helpful. He gave me good advice to ensure my personal data are protected. He explained very patiently the whole process and very understanding in his communication to customer. He demonstrated high level of empathy and very customer centric. His professionalism made him a role model in customer service. He highlighted the expected concerns customers would have in terms of confidentiality and addressed my concerns appropriately:
Staff attended to issue and collection quickly and repair was done well
However no email notification upon sending in nor after a few days, with repair supposed to take between 1 to 4 weeks, quite a wide range.
Collection SMS and email appeared suddenly and aggressively:
"...your device is ready for collection. We assume you may have overlooked the collection and would appreciate if you could collect the device ASAP....If the device that is unclaimed after 30 days from the first notification it shall be disposed or recycled."
Friendly staff. The warranty actually save me from spending more. Fold 1 fold 3 fold 4 is kinda horrible. Please get extended warranty from star shield. No matter how you take care of samsung fold they will spoil one way or another.

I would like to compliment Mr Frey Wong for his extra mile customer service to me. He is very attentive, patient , smiling like rainbow to customers and very assuring to calm me down that the computer defects can be repaired and also explain to me about the diagnosis clearly. Good communication skills and connection skills with customers. He is a valuable asset in any line that deals with customer service.
Mr Nizam is very helpful and polite. He took extra mile to assist me , a lay man to trf all my msg to new repaired hp.
Naful yur customer service agent has a sense of humour, he is calm composed and professional in attitude . His strength is that he Listens, clarifies and deals with the matter. Awesome
Highly recommended to purchase Star Shield Extended Warranty even though Acer comes with two-year warranty. Issues normally will appear after the expiry of manufacturer's standard warranty.
Star Shield support is very good and professional. I get an upgrade of the internal malfunctioning SSD from 512 GB to 1 TB for a small amount of top up. Now, I can use my computer again.

I bought a 2 - year extended warranty with Starshield for $120 with my AVIVA laptop in 2021. Recently, its battery gave problem & Starshield gave me an replacement Acer unit, totally new, with a top up of $70, after a waiting time of 3 months. I am very impressed by Starshield's feat to resolve issue thru' giving out a NEW laptop.
Kevin from JP Challenger was very knowledgeable about the laptop model I sent for. He gave me a lot of advises on maintenance and use of the laptop. Would like to recommend him for good service.

I went to purchase my laptop at amk challenger last week and then the intern there set up my account name and password wrongly. I don't remember creating any password on my laptop.So the next day I rushed to amk outlet and tried to reset the passowrd but Couldnt I waited 2 hours. And they asked me to go to nex challenger. So the next day I rushed to nex challenger after work and I paid $50 to reset the password for service charge. And yes I checked when I was in the store. Everything was fine. The next morning I on my laptop and the password kept coming. I then decided to the nearest outlet I jurong point challenger to get my problem resolved and is very very happy with the service I received. Hadi was very professional and managed to resolve my problem in a timely manner. Also he was very patient and understanding when I was complaining. Kevin also gave some useful advice.the service I received at jurong point challenger was beyond the best of the best of the best. Finally I was able to get my problems resolved. So thankful for hadi for giving such an excellent and wonderful service.

My laptop of 3years was having problems w a faulty screen and broken left stereo. I brought my laptop down and the staff were professional and nice. They patiently explained how it was covered by my extended warranty. They fixed my laptop quickly and were so friendly throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend more people to buy from challenger as the after care is great!

My Acer laptop sometime cannot charge. Got it repaired under the Star Shield extended warranty (changed of motherboard) at no cost. Now can use the laptop without having to plug in the charger all the time 😄

Eric who served me was able to attend to my problem, and offered suggestion to address my issue. He successfully help to resolve my problem, a value add service that concur my devision to use star shield service. I n my famiky had been buying laptop from Challenger for the last 20 years. Star shield were included in the purchases.

Desktop could not start-up after two years of use. We sent it in to jurong point service centre. Me and the technical suspected it was the motherboard. And was send to Science Park on 19 -feb-2023. They diagnosed that it was the motherboard issue. The counter staff there were patient, helpful and knowledgeable

I’m very pleased with the service provided by Starshield especially Mr Wong, the IT technician who served me at Causeway Point Challenger service centre.
Mr Wong was very professional and patient. He was able to diagnose accurately primarily what was wrong with my laptop when it was unable to power on. The motherboard of my laptop needed repair and replacement.
With the 6 months warranty given for the repair, I have a peace of mind. I’ll highly recommended Starshield for their professionalism and good service.

A few days ago, I was repairing my computer here at Nex challenger lvl4. My Ssd was broken. The repair computer employee here, Eric, helped me check the problem of my computer and told me why it suddenly failed to boot. It was a problem that I didn’t understand.
