I was very concerned because i encountered some issues with the items i bought from Video-pro on Lazada and i realized that the google review for the shop was so poor! I was advised by the video pro customer service on Lazada to bring all the items I bought from them to Sim Lim Square and they will arrange for their Technician to test for me. To my surprise, all my items are working fine and i also learned something new from the salesman Mohan and Ramesh. I have discovered that the items in the shop were reasonably priced and some are cheaper than the item they marketed on Lazada so it is better to go Sim lim square and buy all the items instead of buying online because you can request the seller to test the item for you before you leave the shop for the sake of peace of mind.

Initially my self built PC I thought power supply got problem, they ask me bring down let them check better, after checking. It's motherboard problem. Experience is excellent

good and reasonable prices. staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. sim lin square has a horrible rep but video pro is one of the few along with xtreme solutions and cybermind that are trustworthy. would highly recommend for those building computers. pretty beginner friendly since i was a complete novice and the parts they chose and recommended i now later know to be rlly rlly solid.
