My unit is a 4-room BTO from Clementi NorthArc. Engaged King and Hanz for my renovation works. They were good and efficient and helped to realise my concepts and accommodate to my changing of colours and materials used in the design and layout. Easy to communicate with ideas with them if you are a first timer home buyer, since they have a tablet full of sample pics to validate your ideas! Nevertheless, there were some hiccups in terms of workmanship and handover schedule, but most were properly handled in the end. Best of all, their pricing quotation is fair and just! Highly recommended! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💪

VERY BAD REVIEW!!! With reference to 85 sqft pte ltd reply to Krystal Z's post, it is totally untrue! 1. quoted by 85 sqft "delays in timeline caused by additional items requested by the owner, the agreed handover date was extended by a week. Please find conversations added. Keys collection was on Dec 2022. Final completion date was on 5 Dec 2023. Carpentry only complete on mid Sep 2023.. No one would sign a renovation contract that is almost a year! LIE NUMBER 1. 2. Amount of SGD 3410.80 is not a waiver of balance. When no work is done on April 2023, 85SQFT gave us 2 letters of confirmation - attached screenshot - that compensation will be given if no work is completed by certain dates.. Unfortunately, no work is completed even long after the dates stated in the letter of confirmation. Hence, given the long delay in the project, they are supposed to compensate us at least $4000 minus off the balance. As stated by 85 SQFT, the owner is unethical. Which party is the unethical one, I will leave to the viewers to decide. Imagine getting your keys and all excited for renovation and moving in, but ended up having such bad experience. Imagine having to move into a non-renovated house because the ID promise us the delivery date and we have a 2 year old kid (having already transfer school for the kid) living in such bad environment. Imagine living in a house, with contractors coming to your house every other day.. Just sharing to create awareness

I got my kitchen cabinet of 20 over years changed out with 85sqft. The product delivered was good. Workman with different skill set came by, but one thing in common amongst them was their dedication to get their job done well. 2 years guarantee for the work gives added confidence for the future. As for price, I noted tight space for negotiations though.
