Very happy with the professionalism and workmanship of both the main door and digital locks installation. Despite that the job was carried out by 2 separate teams, it was well coordinated by SDL. Literally worries free. The workers are highly skilled. They explained clearly and completed the job timely with quality. Thank you. She offered suggestions on our selection of main door, gate and locks, and even ideas on suitable combinations to get. Overall experience was relatively ok and the price is rather competitive. The confirmation process and the work delivery was smooth. The sale person is also helpful to resolve a delivery mistake done by the staff. The company also provide free gift during the purchase. The hiccups I would like to highlight are as follow: -The door installation staffs are not really professional. After installing the door, queries on the installation was casually brushed off. Surprisedly, the silicon on the door popped out within hours of the installation. Thankfully the lock installation staff rectified it on the same day. -The gate installation was an eye opener. As there are slight mis-alignment, the staffs were seen swinging the gate against a stopper as an attempt to align it. I am not sure if the gate will be partially damaged by doing this. There are several spots which have scratches and wear-off which was met with a black spray in attempt to ensure that the black gate remains a solid black gate. -Misrepresentation of catalog is the main issue I would want to highlight. I was given the catalog from a promotion pack of 8 gates to choose with. I choose the design I wanted and ended up having a slightly different one installed (without the bottom plate). It was then explained that a top up of $85 is required. I would like to highlight that there is no mention in the catalog which was given and customer would naturally choose the design based on the visual provided. To end up requesting for top-up for the plate does not seem reasonable. Did not intend to make a big fuss over this, I settled the payment the following day. I would like to encourage that such visual mis-representation is not desirable as it does not give customer the full picture. For reference, invoice number is T1702.

Had a swift transaction with Qing. Whatsapp her about what I wanted, she gave me all the details and explaination promptly. Went over to the showroom at tamp and was being explained each product in full details. The installation had to be on weekday thus I had my husb liasing about that. Would highly recommend to my friends and family as the price is competitively affordable too! Love love love❤️
