Exterpark was quick to reply any of my inquiry. On the day of installation, the team did help cover my furniture for dust protection and later cleaned up everything. The base frame was attached to the floor with glue, so no drilling was needed. For the top, all was placed nicely and leveled with my living room floor. They did make it round and cover the 2 zipblind poles which is super neat and tidy. The sink hole was soft-covered with a plate of removable timber which is very accessible when needed. After all, we're pleased with the service that Exterpark has done for us and really hope we can work with them again in future renovation/decoration. Thank you and good luck.
