They are both very helpful throughout the process from doing site measurements, recommendation, fabrication and installation of the sound proof window. The outcome was amazing. Results speak for their soundproof windows, it has met my expectation of a quietness. Not only it allow more daylighting whenever I want it, my family love the design of the new corridor windows, this was definitely worth the long wait for the custom HDB application and approval. Really thankful for Jason (Sales) for dropping by our house to do a site assessment and Roy (the young team leader, yes he is a local Singaporean) for his expertise and installation. The 3 years warranty gave me further assurance even though I believe I won't be needing it. Overall, great product and hope you guys will continue to help more people staying in HDB.

Main quibbles: Frame dented - told to accept Window squeak - because its a tight fit Rain entering - i finally got someone else to resolve Sliding door couldnt lock - installer returned twice to resolve Dust and debri in window frame - i myself vacuum Plastering is bad - advised that smooth plastering is the job of main con Agree that double layer window works better at keeping out noise. Eileen from admin was most helpful Compared to standard al windows, feel is like continental car vs japanese car. You decide if the price is worth it. Update Jan 2022: I've found time to add pics of some of the defects i found over the last few months. Also note, had to ask them come rectify squeaking in the sliding windows. The hinged ones started squeaking as well - will remind self to oil them when weekend comes. Update Mar 2022: Having given my feedback, the company was very responsive and sought to rectify the issues. Joe from Fortuna in particular was exemplary. He was responsible and made proposals which were followed through as promised. I think every company will have the occasional lapse but Fortuna's culture of service recovery has been reassuring.

I purchased the gate from Fortune Decogate and also got a Soundproof window for my newly renovated house and after all the necessary installations, I am very satisfied with their service especially the ones installing my windows and gate as they were easy-going. My unit is facing the pool and and kids always scream downstairs when they play there. So I contacted Fortuna Soundproof to see if they could help to install a three panel soundproof glass door at the inner side of the existing glass sliding door at the bedroom leading to the balcony so as to cut down the noise level. Jason Choo was the sales manager for my project. From the first time when I met with him to the completion of installation, he always displayed an excellent professional attitude and skills. His knowledge about the product and the construction details are very comprehensive. He also responds to my queries very promptly. I would like express my sincere appreciation to him for his professionalism and excellent services. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the installation team led by Roy, who is very experienced and two of his team members Xiao Zhang and Saddam .They all very professional and polite. The door was perfectly installed. With the installation of an additional layer of soundproof glass door, the noise level was cut down by almost 95%, based on my personal judgement. The design and color of the door is neat and modern. I'm super satisfied with the product and services provided by Fortuna Soundproof Window Pte ltd. I will recommend it to anyone who has similar needs without reservation. Last but not least, thanks Eileen for her pleasant and cheerful attitude when she called to confirm the installation date with me..

Does right by the customers. Product works. Effective against Koel birds chirps Got Fortuna to soundproof part of my unit. Due to the specifics of my project with timeline gaps, the whole process from pre-sales engagement, signing, to installation of the last window took about a whopping 5+ months. Throughout the entire process (both pre- and post-sales), KC has demonstrated good product knowledge, patience in answering my questions and demonstration of the soundproof box in Fortuna's office; and timely follow-ups. Service was consistently good throughout the whole 5 months. A small hiccup was acknowledged and quickly resolved, proving Fortuna stand right by their customers. Installer foreman is experienced and able to quickly spot unevenness of installation area and able to provide the right guidance / seek clarifications with me, in order to have the windows nicely installed to near perfection standards. The product: As a benchmark, the windows are able to cut down ~80%+ (using ear to estimate) of Koel birds sound .  (do bear in mind this is based on a whole unit not being soundproof and those loud uwu chirps spans the whole neighborhood). The frame for casement windows are thick, which eats into the opening space you have (in case this is a concern for u esp those with compressors outside the window)

In renovating my landed facing a busy road, I took 2 months to interview at least 6 window makers. Sound proofing is extremely important to me. I went to their show flat. Not very impressive in appearance. BUT Johnny explained to me what is the concept of Sound Proofing. The difference between glazed, and lam/lam, upcoming versus aluminium and with demonstration of decibels and and the subtle difference. In the end we worked on a customisation of lam/lam and the right thickeness of glass and shade. The installation was smooth. The final product worked really well. The finishing is good. Just installed and I m confident that Johnny s after sales will be there. I fully recommend. I think they are cheaper than more established brands but you pay for showy showrooms. Recommended.
