Your crew are amazing and so diligent to execute all tasks with smiling face and did an exemplary house keeping jobs afterwards ! Great team. Within 10 mins of them starting work, not difficult to tell the team was efficient and disciplined. Alex is really the key guy - he does everything and is able to provide first class sales service and advice and deliver the result. First class, indeed - in sales, execution, result, extremely pro-customer service. Photo shows Alex's recommendation to have 5 panels instead of 4. Took his advice and had great results.

This is our 2nd time engaging Alex and his team in doing up double glazed windows for our house. We first did our soundproof windows for our bedrooms with him 7 years ago when we moved in. Those windows have enabled us to minimize vehicular sounds and human chatter coming in from the carpark downstairs. As we live on the 4th storey, in a block facing an industrial estate, our living room also has sounds coming from heavy vehicles, nearby motor workshops, on top of traffic sounds from the adjacent main road. After sitting on it for the past few years and because our previously installed double glazed windows are still doing well after 7 years, we decided to engage Alex and his team again for double glazed windows installation for our living room. With his candid and friendly personality, our experience with Alex was hassle-free and efficient. His team of 4 Bangladeshi workers were nimble and quick in assembling our windows as well as grilles for the living room. They were also responsible in executing their responsibilities e.g. taking care that the giant grille frame and window panels, did not scratch my built-in furniture and door. They even helped me clean up the corridor area outside my main gate after the installation work. And particularly in this COVID-19 situation, the entire team had their masks on throughout the process, which is deeply appreciated, given the warm condition they had to work in. The new windows have cut down the noise pollution drastically and we can finally enjoy peace inside the house. :) Thank you, Alex and team!

Alex came on time to our flat for a consultation and I felt reassured by his straight forward professionalism. He gave us some recommendations on the grill design and gave us time to decide. On the day of the window and grill installation (service yard and grills for all rooms), his experienced staff did a quick and relatively neat job. Although we noted some minor scratches and stains on the wall of the service yard which we'll have to touch up with paint. Overall, things pretty much went smoothly.

Hats off to Mr Alex and his team, Kumar, Raju and Raki for installing window grilles. They did an excellent job! Great! After checking my kitchen grilles, Mr Alex raised concerns that removing the existing grilles could damage the tiles. However, he said that he will do his best to install the new grilles. I called many many contractors and none were willing to take up the job for my 3 panel windows installation cos I guess it's not worth the money in their eyes. But Alex was the only one willing to come all the way to my place and very punctuality to take measurements despite how busy he is. When his men Kumar and another guy came to install, the work was done perfectly! They even cleaned up my place after the job. Really well trained and extremely professional. I got to know Alex while doing a search via Google on the internet on 1st August 2020. I had contacted a few contractors from the listing for “sliding window” given to me by the town council officer but there was either no reply or none was willing to take up the job offer. Alex was the only contractor I contacted who replied to me and arranged a time to take a look. I was touched by his sincerity, glad that finally there’s a contractor willing to help me. The original contractor company I engaged had closed down. Town council did try & help to solve but unfortunately “water seepage from the sliding window" still persisted after 6 months. It was like a continuing nightmare. I would like to commend Alex and his workers who were polite, considerate and did a very efficient job. I was assured by their reliability, honesty and straightforward, professional manner in the way they went about in getting the job done. Alex and his team fully deserves my recommendations and excellent ratings. I am glad that my water seepage from the sliding window has been solved. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality windows.

We have engaged GrillesNGlass to replace our existing HDB windows after seeing good reviews in the internet. Workers arrived on time and finished the job in 6 hours’ time. Alex (the boss) was ever ready to replace one glass panel immediately when I noticed there was a very tiny defect on the panel. Reasonable price and good workmanship by the 4 workers No regrets
