Liaised with Wei Jie. He helped to assess and fix the waterproofing at my balcony - gave a professional assessment of the problem and was responsible in terms of follow-up with the unit below. Also helped to fix a burst pipe in a bathroom, sending his workers down very promptly once he pinpointed the issue, and was very helpful in ensuring that everything was resolved ASAP. Mr Goh Wei Jie and his team (Mr Alim, Mr Sanjoy & Mr Shiekh) did their best to assist, diagnose and determine the source for interfloor water seepages between my upper and lower floor neighbours. The team had also worked promptly on the necessary rectification & reinstatement actions. It is also commendable that his workers did their best in clearing up the area after each day for my unit too.
