Very organized and professional. They explained how the entire process works at first contact, then also guide you along the quotation, installation and payment process. All queries were answered promptly through WhatsApp with ease. During installation they also explained clearly what they are going to do and asked to test/trial before finalizing. Installation was fast and smooth. The installers were punctual and professional. They prepared ground protection to lay their tools and capture metal scraps to protect our flooring even without us asking. Areas of concerns like sharp edges or burrs were sanded down and smoothened out. Communication with our sales rep was also very smooth and pleasant. Any queries we had was promptly answered and even went the extra mile to take photos and video of installation process so we can understand better before committing.

First contact was with Kevin. Appointment was fixed to make initial measurements in order for a quotation to be made. Kevin showed up punctually and was patient to explain the various different options of sliding and casement. Process was quick and smooth. Upon agreement of quotation, Kevin came in with a foreman for a second time to make a detailed measurement of every single window. Some minute details such as if I preferred 2 tracks or 3 tracks, etc were also discussed. After a lead time of about 3 weeks for the fabrication, they came in for the final fitting. The 4 workers handled the task professionally. The old grills were removed carefully before the installation of the new grills. Workmanship by the team was impeccable. All in, the experience with IGC has been seamless. They are professional and deliver as promised. Material and workmanship is excellent. They may not be the cheapest but if you are looking for quality, IGC is the company to look for. Engage them with confidence.

I hired IGC in October 2020 for invisible grilles installation on my balcony. They were professional and very responsive but the thing I loved the most about them was their willingness and interest to do the job specifically as I wanted behind my balcony railing instead of in front of it on the floor (which would take up space). I really hated the idea of the grilles but they did a fantastic job, and i absolutely love our grilles now and it's super safe! Thank you
