I’m extremely glad that I called NBL to ask for a quotation for a small flooring project and even more glad that Channel took the call. She was very prompt in responding to my queries and really patient in providing details even though she knew my project wasn’t a big one. Now, that in itself, is service with sincerity! Impressive indeed. She offered options that are available for me and in the end, I had my kitchen & utility room installed with new flooring from NBL. These rooms now look fresh with a little rustic charm that I loved. A great big shout out should also go out to their installer, Ram Tamil, who did a meticulous job of fitting the flooring perfectly. We were looking for vinyl flooring. We decided to engage Nbl Eco Flooring after looking around at afew places because of affordability, material and service provided. We were tended by Dior, who explained thoroughly to us about materials, originated from, how to clean it and she also explain to us about herringbone issues which what we wanted initially and after hearing her explaination, we googled it up and true enough theres afew who had issues. Dior was patient with us(plus kids who were running ard) means they are also comfortable to be there too. She caters to our needs and request(because i ask to bring fwd the date, and she did) and also listened to my personal issues(painters did a 👎 job). The installer who came Amin, was alsk very professional, did everything by himself without my help despite me keep telling him to ask me if he need any help. He took out and install my main door all by himself. He did a neat and detailed job(silicon part). Overall We are 101% satisfied with Nbl Eco Flooring. Thank you so so much.

Very happy that I met Eco Flooring and glad that Kenny assists me from start to the end. Kenny was patient and professional all the time. I asked Kenny to come over to my house with the samples and everything and measurements was quite fast and accurate. Also their Vinyl Flooring is in good quality and affordable price. Had the composite wood flooring installed 4 years ago. Recently some panels came off and had to repair. Called NBL Express and Louis answered my call. He was prompt to put my concerns at ease and once he saw the photos of the problem, he told me he'll arrange a touch up repair soon. Although they had a packed schedule, Louis managed to squeeze in a slot for me and even helped to make it the morning when I'm free. The worker called me in advance on day of appointment, and was punctual. I recognised the worker as Tamil who installed the flooring 4 years ago. In fact he has been with the co. for 8 years. The work was done properly and cleaned up after. Great job guys!

Firstly, My outdoor tiles were not fitted according to plans, and i would like to seek compensation. Compensation is not finalised. Apparrently for tile-fitting, no official guarantee/warranty. Fingers-crossed. Hopefully, no problems due to water-proofing or ill-fitting cos not sure if they will follow-up. Also, Bad customer service from the sales manager, Darren and admin manager, Michelle. Rude beyond belief when i tried to provide personnel feedback and discuss about compensation. If you insists on Eco to do your flooring/walls, pl talk to Bong. Easy to talk to. Nice guy.
