Waited a month before I post this review - the Riben rubbish chute cover still works well! The whole installation process was fuss free - texted them a day before, got appointment minutes after. The next day, their staff came on time and did the whole job in 30 minutes with minimal disruption to the household. Major thanks to the team for coming to our rescue so quickly! *To those who are living in older estates and/or lower units, be sure to arrange pest control right after or prepare few cans of insecticide. It’s inevitable that cockroaches WILL crawl out of the chute, you just have to be prepared just in case.

I'm happy with the installation of rubbish chute and the deal I got from the Riben Reno. I wanted a good and durable rubbish chute that prevent insects especially cockroaches into my home, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. On the installation day, the workers installed it in less than 45mins and even assist to do some patch up for my tiles. Company also provide manual and video to teach and show you how to use and maintain the chute! Plus it comes with 2 years warranty based on manufacturing defects.

Riben advised that a bit of smoke will be expected or not at all during bin chute fogging but there is no smoke at all during today's bin chute fogging. It is convenient as I don't need to seal the bin during bin fogging. This chute is airtight, light and handy. It took me 6 mths to write this review because we need to test out for a period of time. Right now, we have no regrets switching to this chute. NO MORE CRITTERS! Even when fumigation days, we are fine, thanks to the rubber seal that comes along. The installation was smooth as I watched the whole process. Every crack was sealed, no gaps. The stainless steel material looks durable and the lock seems sturdy and wont breakdown over time. Whenever I shift houses again, I’ll get this company to do my chute again and again. 6 Stars if possible!!!

Rubbish chute replacement. Workers came as scheduled and replaced rubbish chute in 15 mins, super fast. Quality is also very good. Not like other brands that look filmsy. Also don't have the "slope" that always get hit by rubbish dropping from above.

Very fast response to my enquiry, and clear information about the all-inclusive pricing. Good information with photos and videos on the website helped me to make a decision easily. The installation team arrived within the agreed time frame and the new chute hopper was installed in less than half an hour. The old one was taken away and all the mess was cleared up. I have been using Riben hopper since 2014. The current model is the best. The hopper fits just nice into the rubbish installation hole. It is airtight and I no longer hear the sound of rubbish coming down the chute. The correct fitting of the hopper also mean that the inside metal will not be damaged by rubbish thrown from neighbours above my unit. Ricky has done a good job in coming out with an improved and excellent product. Thank you, Ricky.

Riben is indeed the rubbish chute specialist. Having replaced many in my condo prior to mine, Riben is highly reccomended. I've tried to ask other companies but all do not offer air tight ones or need to come down for exact measurements. I had a straight forward and hassle free experience. Videos and all necessary info were given when i enquired though whatsapp immediately. Appointment was fixed for next day. The job was done quickly and professionally. My new Riben Chute looks and feel really of good quality. I am very happy that i do not need to seal the chute with tape anymore.

Great service from Ricky. He forwarded quite a few videos to show the rubbish chute before installation. Overall, quality of chute is definitely better compared to the rest. Highly recommended if you are replacing a rubbish chute.

They are very responsive once they read my whatapps message. Today, 1036am replied; 1135am done with the installation. Lucky we put the roaches repellent nearby. They helped us to kill roaches. Besides, they cleaned the remaining after everything ok, plus my broom and dustpan are nearby as well. Very impressed for their services. So guys, standby the repellent and broom for them so they can use whenever handy, cos roaches can mesh up everywhere during installation!

I need to change ny rubish chute asap because the old one from previous owner was in a bad condition, tiny/ medium cockroaches can go through easily, they freaked me out everyday. I contacted Ricky on Saturday night for installation appt and available right on Monday. His worker is very on time, polite and work fast, clean up after his job and overall did great job took abt 30-45min. I understand when dismantle the old chute, the hole will be revealed and roaches can crawl inside the house (this happened to me before, i didnt know last time) . Tips : use a plastic bag to cover the hole while waiting for installation new rubish chute. Spam spray baygon But lucky for my situation, i have taped the chute and not using it for a few weeks (so when dismantle, almost zero roaches coming out, i saw 1 small one) . After a 2 days using the rubish chute, all is good. I did find 1 small roaches in the house but maybe it got out during the installation time, will continue to monitor for more.

Thumbs up for the great service provided by Ricky! The cockroaches at my place are really resilient and tough and can bite through the rubber sealing of the rubbish chute.
