A. C.I was served by Wessley on a couple of occasions while shopping for gifts. Everytime I walk out a very happy customer. He is attentive, helpful and sincere. Which are all the impt attitude to make a customer shopping experience a pleasant one. Will recommend anyone to look for him.
Also it's very nice of Dior to send invitations for events which does make me feel appreciated as a customer.

My MIL was looking for a lip moisturizer and she went through with her patiently. She is also explained professionally with all her product knowledge. MIL even commented “ it looks so scary and expensive to step in Dior beauty, but today I feel so welcome and enjoyed the shopping experience.” Thank you Louisse, you have made our trip to MBS a great one!
z. z.Stood in the store for at least 15mins watching the world pass by and nobody bother to serve me & my friends until Ms Michelle came out from probably her break time. The moment she came out from the small room, she immediately notice us and came straight to help us with our enquiries. She’s very patient & she knows the product well. She also did good recommendation for my friend who eventually bought the lipstick. Michelle totally deserve this 5 star review. The rest of you should probably go for a customer service refresher course.
