Dropped by yesterday on a Thursday night (2nd Nov) to try out the scents and would like to commend the gentleman assisting us. My friend and I were very impressed by his service - he was helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to assist. One can see he truly takes pride in his job and really loves scents. Upon learning that I am headed to Paris in December, he even recommended us to check out the flagship store at 34 Boulevard :-) Unfortunately, we did not get his name but we’ll be sure to revisit! It was my first time in diptyque and Herold was very warm and helpful and provided such an amazing service to me and my mom. He let me try on the scents and did not pressure me to buy immediately. In fact, he invited me to try the perfume on my skin to see if i like the dry down before purchasing. Felt very comfortable shopping with his assistance. Will go back and purchase from him later! Thank you for giving me such a pleasant experience at diptyque! Update: purchased eau rose and my mum and i are extremely happy! Herold also introduced the perfume balms to us which are currently out of stock but we will be back for it :)

Great service from the staff Harold Acuzar. He’s very patient guy who introduce all the types of perfume which I’m new on this product. Eventually, I found the one I fancy the most. Only one staff in the store which understandably, you’ll have to wait when you enter. However, her service and product knowledge was 10/10. I’ve always loved this brand and this great customer service made it even better!

Great service and scent recommendation by Lance, my mom loved the story behind each unique piece. For ladies, I would recommend the rose. For men, 34 and sens are my favourite.
